What happened to King Tut ? King Tut died at a young age of nine-teen. Nobody knows exactly what happened to him, but all I know is it was a sharp sudden violence. King Tut’s tomb was found in 1965.He was found with a blow to the back of his head, fractured femur, missing rib cage, and his heart was gone. Was King tut murdered? His wife Ankhesenamun could have killed him or maybe his servant Aye! King tut was found with a ripped cheek and a broken femur. Only a great force could have broken King tut’s femur. He was alive when his femur was broken. Also he had a blow to the back of his head. But,where did it come from? he could have fallen or he was purposely hit. Why was King Tut murdered? Maybe he was killed on accident. He could have fallen
King Tut was killed by Horemheb and Ankhesenamun. I know this because King Tut had a blow to the back of the head, and Horemheb and Ankhesenamun both had easy access to the palace. Horemheb’s high authority would insure he became king after Tut died. Ankhesenamun and Horemheb murdered king Tut.
In Ancient Egypt, there was no way to investigate a murder. Even if there was, most records of King Tut have been erased! Archeologists have been making educated guesses about King Tutankhamun’s death since the 1920’s. One theory is that he was murdered by Aye, his power-hungry chief advisor. This is because King Tut’s mummy was very badly injured.
In 1991 two German hikers found a body stuck in the ice of Italian mountains. When the body was first found they thought that he was just another victim of a hiking accident. After further investigation, they concluded that he wasn’t just another body, but in fact a 5,300 year old mummy. The mummy was named Ötzi after the Ötztal Alps where he was found. Although scientists know how he was killed, they are still speculating why he was murdered. Scientists do know that he was killed by a 24 inch arrow in his back that caused him to go into cardiac arrest. The arrow was shot from 30 yards with 50 pounds of force. There are many theories on why he was killed. One theory is that he was sacrificed but there is one major flaw in that theory. The
To begin with, King Tut could have been in a chariot accident. The pharaohs hunt and went to war on a chariot. He could have been hit by another chariot. In the article by Tim De Chant Did King Tut Die in a Chariot Accident he says,”Showed a distinct pattern of injuries on one side of Tut’s body.” He also had broken bones and leg, which could have possibly been from a chariot accident.
There are other theories to the killing of King Tut and here is one of them. Ankanhamen killed King Tut, because Ankanhaman sent a letter to the Hittites saying that “she had no children and she had no husband”. Ankanhaman killed King Tut, and she married Aye. Akanhaman disappeared after she married Aye. King Tut died 400 miles away from home next to a river.
There is a large amount of medical evidence supporting this theory also. A computed axial tomography scan was done in 2005 showing that Tutankhamun died with an open wound fracture on his left leg. Within the bone, when the mummified body was examined, they found resin which was used by the Ancient Egyptians to preserve the body so the wound had to have been obtained around the time of his death otherwise the resin would not have found it’s way into the young King’s bone. In 2013 Ultimate Tut, a documentary dedicated to solving the mystery of the King Tut’s death, was released. With this new information was also released accordingly showing us that the severe trauma shown on Tutankhamun matches that of a person who has been run over by a chariot
An Egyptian Pharaoh at the age of 19, mysteriously died. But how did he die? King Tut died because Horemheb killed him. I can prove this because in the end Horemheb was king with Tey without either one of them dying.
The truth is, no one knows, but person can strive and come up with a hypothesis that is as accurate as possible, End the sentence here. Eveveryone has their own beliefs about his death., and here is mine. He was first thought to have died of natural causes until further search went on and then this theory was thought up. Ӧtzi was eating his dinner, about a half a pound of a mixtures of meat and grains The meal had no pollen in it his lungs did because he went up and down the mountain.that happened to have pollen on it. He then was attacked and went into a hand to hand battle with an unfriendly neighbor. He started off over the mountain and was shot with an arrow by the same person he had fought with moments before. He pulled the arrow out and continued up the mountain wounded in many areas such as his hands, back, and head. This is why Ӧtzi had his axe with him at the time of his death. He must have escaped his enemy but didn’t make it to far up the mountain before
At his funeral there was a closed casket, I believe their was no body in the casket. The pictures that were taken during his autopsy didn't even have the tattoos Tupac had. There was a new song that was released in 2014 about the whole accident that came from Tupac Shakur himself. “Kasinova” is the name Tupac covers himself with to keep him a secret from the world. In the song “Mystery” Tupac said:
After King Tut’s death, some of his subjects were rushing to burry him in his tomb, but the strange thing was, it wasn’t King Tut’s tomb. The tomb was meant for someone else. But there may be a reason of why they were rushing. It may be that they were trying to hide his body. They may have tried to hide his body to make sure there was no evidence
William suffered from internal injuries, due to a horse saddle being fiercely pushed into him. After a few weeks after the incident, William died. On his funeral there was a rumour that when they tried to place his body in his coffin, it was too big, and they had to try to stuff him into it. Apparently they pushed too hard on his abdomen and his body “exploded”. The rumour was never confirmed, but after William the Conqueror was buried, his body was stolen, and all that was left was his thigh bone.
Her wanting to be portrayed as a man was also believed by historians to be an “…act of outrageous deception, deviant behaviour or both.” Egyptologists also suspected that Senenmut, Hatshepsut’s chief minister to be the “evil genius” behind her climb to power as well as her lover. Early on in her reign, she accepted the title of regent. However, without any explanation she gave herself the title of King. After Hatshepsut’s death, her monuments, statues and titles were defaced and destroyed. She was removed from her grave and placed into a small undecorated tomb causing her legacy to disappear from history for over three thousand years. It was found to have been Tuthmosis III who had destroyed Hatshepsut’s legacy in what could have only been described as an act of pure hatred and revenge on his stepmother, condemning her to eternal death for taking his place as ruler of Egypt. When her undecorated tomb was excavated in 1903 by Howard Carter, two mummies were found. The small mummy was found inside a coffin that was made for a royal nurse. The larger mummy was found on the floor. The larger mummy was determined to be a hugely obese woman and of little importance. The tomb was re-explored three years later by Edward Ayrton, who was thought to have removed the smaller mummy from the tomb. However, new evidence is found in 1989 by Donald
In conclusion, there has not yet been a definite cause of death for King Tut, but studies and tests performed on the mummy body mostly point to infection as his cause of death. He died at a very young age, however the medications and technology was not there like it is today. There will continue to be studies and testing done, but there will always only be speculation because he died so long ago.
Murdered. He was murdered. Who? The 5,300 year old human time capsule, whose name is Ötzi. Theories about the death of Otzi are as varied as the ages through which he’s slept . Assassination by an envious, bloodthirsty clan mate seems most plausible. This scenario is likely because of Otzi’s copper axe , the arrowhead which took his life, and a large cave drawing with a shocking story to tell. Ötzi, like all of us, far from invincible, deserves justice.
Since being one of the most intact monuments of Ancient Egypt, the finding of Tutankhamun's tomb by Howard Carter in 1922 is believed to be the utmost significant archaeological discoveries of the century. The treasures found were stored in the following parts of the tomb the Antechamber Annex, and then the Burial Chamber and Treasury. The Ancient Egyptians believed in the afterlife. The customs and beliefs of the Ancient Egyptians called for the preservation of the body and extensive provisions for the after-life which were buried with them in the tomb. These treasures were seen as a continuation of the life of the Pharaoh before his death. It was therefore seen as essential that the favourite items belonging to King Tut would be buried
