This reason was because she always got upset and JonBenet when she wetted her bed. Another reason is because it is said that sometimes Patsy Ramsey would flip a switch in a room, and slam JonBenet’s head against a hard surface. Sometimes including a bathtub or a headboard. Some investigators also think that Patsy could have killed her daughter because the rope around JonBenet’s neck was made by a homemade garrote determined to have been fashioned out of a paintbrush taken from Patsy’s paint kit that laid near JonBenet when she was found. A very big possibility is that the letter left on the staircase steps could have been from Patsy after realizing that she had killed JonBenet. An unexpected murder with unexplained evidence all surrounding a 6 year old pageant queen named JonBenet all happening on the day after Christmas. Although there are many theories about JonBenet, evidence shows that it was most likely her brother. A basic Internet search reveals there are endless articles and videos documenting these theories due to the popularity that this case received. Based on my research, I believe the Ramsey family, as a whole is culpable for the murder of JonBenet. Burke Ramsey, I believe, is the actual person who committed the murder and his parents helped cover it up. After watching Chief James Kolar give a presentation about his book at the Wilkinson Public Library, I began to really believe there was no possibility of an intruder theory. Instead, he presented facts that made me think Burke Ramsey was the killer. This prompted me to watch the only

The JonBenet Case Several analyses have been conducted when it comes to the JonBenet case, in which it is assumed that the parents of JonBenet murder the six-year-old beauty queen. Due to the investigation that was conducted the case is still unresolved. A different outcome could have arisen if the initial police officers and investigators would have focused on looking for other suspects other than JonBenet 's parents, secured the scene, and separated and interrogated the people inside the scene. The forensic evidence that was discovered that day was unreliable due to the standard procedures that were not followed. The first step in maintaining a crime scene integrity is to properly secure the scene and the immediate vicinity around it. If a crime scene is properly secured unnecessary disturbance and contamination of the evidence is reduced. Immediately after the scene is secured an entry log is kept to account for any person who is inside or is wanting to go inside. Shoe impressions may be asked for comparison if any latent shoeprints are found. However, this protocol was not observed in the murder of JonBenet. The scene was left unsecured, and individuals were entering as they pleased. Secondly, investigators did not follow the standard operation procedures compromising the crime
From what I have found I think that the person that is responsible for the death of Jon Benet I believe that it is an unknown person that is a friend of the Ramsey family (Biography.com Editors, 2015). One reason that I think this is that it appears that the individual knew their way around the home, being able to take the child from her bedroom to where the crime was

JonBenét Ramsey was murdered in October of 1996. For the last fifteen years police have tried to solve the case, but have had little success. As such, the suspect remains at-large. Due to the high profile of the case it has received national attention. Many people kept track of findings through the news, social media, and with the publishing of books and film. The attacks happened decades ago, but the police are not any closer to finding the identity of the Zodiac Killer. The work on this particular case has been very difficult for the police to crack, especially with many different people claiming their relative is the Zodiac Killer. A man reported that his step-father was the Zodiac Killer and he produced evidence to suggest this was the truth.
Several strange theories surrounding what happened to the Jamison family have emerged since their disappearance; none of the theories have been proven true. One theory that debunks the Jamison family, stumbled into a drug cartel, saw too much, and were murdered by an unknown person(s) is a murder-suicide that Bobby or Sherilynn killed the other and Madyson before taking his or her own life. Drugs were thought to be a huge part of the equation. Sherilynn and Bobby both looked “emaciated” in the weeks before their disappearance. Security video of the two outside their house the day they left for the mountains showed them in a “trance-like state,” and the huge amount of cash in their truck made this a very believable theory. The Jamison Family,
For awhile there were theories and speculation that the murder was related to the infamous Cleveland Torso Murders, but to me that was just too much distance away from The Black Dahlia case and it couldn’t have been the same person. (Exquisite Corpse).
December 26, 1996 six year old JonBenét Patrica Ramsey had been assumed kidnapped from her home in Boulder, Colorado, only to be found murdered in the family 's cellar. This investigation had lead to many wild speculations and theories of the murder suspect(s), by pursuing facts and analytical knowledge can a strong argument be presented. The integrity of the Ramsey case is often challenged due to the Boulder Police tampering of crime scene and the District Attorney dismissal of charges. Media coverage and various testimonies have challenged the family 's narrative; constant tampering continues to prevent reasonably grounded conclusions. There is also a risk in this case of generalization with any investigation to discredit any evidence, and assumption of guilt or innocence before information is retrieved only work to depict a caricature of the events that have taken place. Only the analytical data can be presented in respect of the truth, through a time line of events during the case starting with the night of the murder.
From interviewing the neighbors of the house where the crime was committed we can establish that two males were living in the residents. If possible I would try and looks for fingerprints to try and determine who the second male is. This way we can question him on what happen in the residence. This could probably determine who the killer is. Could also follow up with Plan B Properties to rule out if the residence was rented under two different names. This could confirm who the two individuals are.
