One clear September morning, my mother asked me, “where do you want to go to college?” At this point in time, it was as if my entire life flashed before my eyes. I realized that one decision would change the entire course of my life.
From the time I was able grasp the concept of a university and higher educations, the University of Wisconsin Madison was the only school that I had in mind.
So why is Madison at the top of my list? Ever since I was a child, my mother has always told me to do my best and to excel in what I do. I firmly believe that the University of Wisconsin Madison not only excels at motivating their students but also provides the tools for students to achieve academic excellence and to captivate future employers. This University
McNeese State University was my top pick when graduating from high school in 2010 and now that I am wanting to go back to school I could not think of a better university to attend. The faculty and staff are always willing to go above and beyond for students at McNeese State University, making my selection choice that much
The University of Wisconsin-Madison, in my opinion, is a class above the competition in every aspect. Whether it be the top tier athletic program or the prestigious School of Journalism and Mass Communication; UW, does everything better. I decided to apply to the University of Wisconsin, Madison because I feel that it is the best place for me to grow and develop as a future journalist. I want to focus on sports journalism and I don’t think there is any other team in the nation that I would rather analyze than the Wisconsin Badgers. UW-Madison, doesn’t just have an excellent athletics’ program, but also is a pillar of education. As a student that would attend UW-Madison, I would have the best opportunity to grow as a person and as a professional
I am applying to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, because it is a large school with outstanding credentials, with a strong community and lots of school spirit. This is exactly what I am looking for for in my college environment. I want a large school population where I can meet new people every day, get involved in many activities, and where I can make connections and build relationships with my professors. I also look forward to living in snow again - I moved from Denmark to California a few years ago, and I miss the winter weather!
I could take advantage of research facilities like the Woodman Astronomical Library and enroll in classes that explore everything from the physics of our solar system to the history of our universe. I see myself joining interdepartmental clubs like Astronomy Club and Women in Physics and I hope to someday be a part of a research opportunity like the renowned IceCube Neutrino Observatory. In addition to working towards my major, I am thrilled at the prospect of being able to take the wide variety of classes available at UW-Madison. Throughout high school I have taken classes based solely on exploring new subjects for fun and to potentially discover a new interest, and I hope to do the same at Madison. I could fulfill my desire to connect with my Slavic roots and study Czech. I could empower myself with a class on gender and women’s studies, question my existence with a class on the meaning of life, overcome my stage fright with a class on music performance. With my aspirations held high and seemingly endless opportunities ahead of me, the sky’s the limit. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with my trumpet and my telescope angled high, not even the sky would be the
The University of Wisconsin River-Falls caught my attention and knew that this would be my new home after graduation,
The school i chose to research is florida university. I chose this school because it has great programs and they have all sorts of majors to choose from. And they also have where you can wait four more years to start on that graduate degree. Even if you're not ready. , and they also have a good softball team. I feel like this school will benefit me in many ways not just in sports but also in academics. With this campus i feel like it's welcoming to others. But also you don't have to worry about this campus. I feel like it's chill. And you don't have to be worried about it
I visited @Augustana College -Illinios. It's a great place to go to college because they truly emphasize explorative learning from their students. With study abroad opportunities all around the globe and student aid to help make any of these experiences a reality. Augustana is truly a great place to go to college.
I want to go to Madison because i believe it is one of the greatest schools in the nation and my Dad went there as a graduate student. I also believe it would allow me to be in the best position to be competitive in today's world. I also chose madison because I want to study History in the hopes of becoming a teacher. I am incredibly passionate and charismatic and i believe these traits would allow me to be a great teacher. Madison also would help in molding me into someone who would thrive as a teacher because of how competitive it is. Madison is very similar to the teaching world in the sense that it is incredibly competitive and in order to be the best you have to commit to working hard day in and day out. I have never shied away from working hard. As a 3 sport athlete all for years and class president my senior year I understand what it takes to get the job done. I also understand how to be a leader in the service of others. As president I
In addition, I want a college with an outstanding academic reputation, one that is intellectually challenging, one that encourages participation in extracurricular clubs and sports, and one that values the student-faculty relationship. Based on the

Is it possible to find the perfect college? Well I think that I have found mine. The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is a great college for me. It has all the aspects in a college that I am looking for. The University of Illinois has an interesting history and a prestigious reputation. It also has top of the line education, campus, and baseball program.
Northwestern is the only school for me. Searching for a place where I will be academically challenged is imperative to me as I have always cherished learning. Despite Northwestern being consistently ranked among the greatest in academics, it is additionally a Big Ten school with an awe-inspiring sports scene. I love playing
One of the biggest choices a student will make in their academic career is where to further their education. For me it was a hard decision. Knowing whether or not to go to a college that I enjoy but have to go to even more schooling than I was hoping or to go to a school that I didn’t really fit into but would go two less years of school than the other. The two colleges I will be comparing are two of my top choices: Eastern Illinois University and The University of Findlay. First I visited Eastern Illinois University.
