Whether God had sent down Adam and Eve or homo sapiens had evolved from apes, man has known to exist for 200,000 years (King). Over this course of time, humans have evolved and adapted to their natural instincts which guide their way of life. Among these is what is known as one’s survival instincts designed not only to help us escape a threatening situation, but also make involuntary decisions for us when we encounter a problem.

Love pain and fear is what makes us human. Without these wonderful sensations we cannot understand or appreciate the beauty of life. Thus making us stronger mentally and emotionally and over coming obstacles in our lives. In which can keep us from achieving goals and dreams that we aspire too complete. The most compelling emotion are those that cannot be explained, seen, heard or discussed but only felt; such as love pain and fear.
