Bush] believes America can be a simultaneously and lawful, economically dynamic and welcoming society.” George believes people should come to the United States and wants them too, but only through the correct and legal way. When people think of a time where all of America was under attack they think of 9/11. 9/11 was one of the deadliest terrorist attacks in American history. After this deadly attack, President George W. Bush went on national television to talk to the shaken American population. In his speech, he addressed how this issue was to be dealt and his condolences for the lives lost. President Bush used multiple effective ways including ethos, pathos, and logos to comfort and inform his people in his 9/11 speech.
George Walker Bush was born a little over a year later on July 6, 1946. George W.'s father continued his studies at Yale after his son was born, and would graduate two years later in the spring of 1948. The day after graduation, the elder Bush set off for West Texas and a job at the International Derrick and Equipment Company in Odessa, Texas; his wife and son arrived two weeks later. Odessa was a blue-collar town, where pipe-layers and roughnecks lived. Odessa's white-collar sister city was Midland, where the oil deals were made, and the company headquarters were established. More importantly, this is where George H.W. aspired to be. But for now the couple moved into a small apartment in Odessa, where instead of dealing with oilmen they had to deal with another couple with whom they shared their bathroom.
The events of 9/11 changed the way Americans felt about their sense of security. President Bush made a famous speech, ”The 9/11 Address to the Nation”. Which made the people truly connect with him because it made him look equal to them. He truly shows his part of action in this tragic situation.

By his confident tone, religious beliefs, and his word choice “our” President George Bush secured America safety and security. The Al Qaeda hijacked the planes and did a devastating job. One of the most detrimental and traumatic events of United States history involves the terrorist attacks on the day of September 11th, in 2001. September 11th is a day countless Americans will never forget. Because our nation encountered such a horrific attack, it was up to our president during the time, President George W. Every four years, on the Tuesday following the first Monday of November, millions of U.S. citizens go to local voting booths to elect, among other officials, the next president and vice president of their country. Their votes will be recorded and counted, and winners will be declared. But the results of the popular vote are not guaranteed to stand because the Electoral College has not cast its vote.
To be completely honest, I had chosen George W. Bush because of his reputation and the bad things I've heard. With this being said, during his time he was looked down on for using false information to enter Afghanistan. In result of this, the Iraq War began. Despite all this he was still re elected to office in 2004. So if really thought about we'd have to assume that Bush couldn't have been that bad if he was elected for a second term. Although he did invade Afghanistan, he did pull America through a tough time. 9/11 was a very tragic incident for the U.S that killed thousands of innocent people. In conclusion Bush might have been looked at as a jerk or misunderstood. But he pulled a nation that was torn apart back
