Science is expanding everyday. What fascinates me about science is the new discoveries and knowledge it provides to this world. I use both of these subject in my life. For example, when I play tennis I use Math for finding my percentages of shots or the probability of where my opponent is going to hit the ball. I use Science to find out how fast I need to accelerate my racket or how hard I need to hit the ball. Both of these subjects is something I have a passion for and something I want to keep learning about. I know that my passion for learning about these subjects will help me in my major here at the University. Challenges and obstacles is something that everyone faces in their life. Those challenges might have changed who we are or how we approached life. Being assertive is what makes me take on those challenges I face. For example an obstacle I had to overcome was driving. When I first learned how to drive it was very hard for me. My problem in driving was I didn’t know how to turn in the right way. It took me days and weeks but I still wasn’t good at it. I would look up ways on how to turn on the computer ,then one day it happened. I found a way to turn without any struggles and that was the most satisfying thing for me to overcome. Another example is when I played tennis at a very young age. I had a terrible record against this one player. He would beat me all the time when we played. I couldn’t find any ways to beat him. So I motivated and challenged
obstacles in my path so I can overcome them. With each obstacle I gain more knowledge,

People are faced with many hindrances throughout their lives. They happen on a daily basis. Personally, I've been faced with more obstacles than I can count. I overcame them, though. Through my integrity and willpower, I solved these problems.
I have overcome lots of obstacles in my life. They weren't the easiest to overcome, but I did it. There is one obstacle I had to go through which made me a strong individual mentally and physically. I lived in New Jersey for my entire life. I grew up there, I had all of my family and friends in Jersey. I was sure my future was going to rely in Jersey. During 7th grade, I got the news that we were going to move to North Carolina. I was thrilled to move to another state. As each day passed, I thought how I would have to start in a new school and make new friends. Every time it struck me knowing that I would have to start a new life. I was nervous not knowing what would happen to my future. I wanted to stay in New Jersey because I was scared of
Each of us has different individual characteristics and factors, and it is the combination of these that make up who we are.
Different people think, live, view, and judge in distinct ways. That’s what makes life so interesting. The great diversity of the world sometimes has an effect on certain people. Humanity itself has ways of expressing its differences, for example there’s; art, music, fashion, and hobbies, etc. All these are factors that can help identify ones personality, lifestyle, and views on certain topics, etc. This helps define us in a way, it’s a form of expression, whether personal or not.
Identity is what makes the individual. The uniqueness, such as specific traits ranging from religious to intelligence. Despite having the same parents, even siblings have different identity. One sibling might posses more intellectual, and athletic traits than the other, while the other one is complete opposite. But having this unique set of traits is what makes us as an individuals. It’s what distinguishes between you and the world. If everyone would have had the same identity then we would not have evolved. We would have not discovered all these scientific achievements throughout history. There wouldn’t be all-stars or hall of fame sports athletes in history. Having different qualities as an individual is what sets you apart and makes up the person you are today. Of course, you might ask yourself, why do I hold these specific set of traits or why do I act this way?
When I look out into the world it does not take long for me to realize that we are all different in a plethora of different ways. We all grow up in many different societies and
Overcoming these obstacles has made me a mature and strong individual. I am proud of what I have accomplished, even with the hardships that I have had to face and my biggest goal is to make my parents proud.
Individuality is the quality that people that makes each person unique and distinguishable from each other. It is important to remain distinct from others, even among groups of people that are classified as either the same or very similar. While individuality is a concept that many people agree with and want to ensure, the pressure from most people’s lives, including their environment and the people around them, forces individuals to lose who they truly are and morph in order to fit in. I strongly agree that individuality, while important, is difficult to keep because of outside factors, a concept that was presented by Logan Fey.
What makes me unique is that I am not afraid of failure. When I set a goal I do not focus on whether I might or might not be successful; I concentrate on doing my best and putting all of my effort into the task. What separates me from others is the adversity I’ve been through, my diverse skills, leadership abilities, my contribution to the community, and my work ethic.
