The Walt Disney Company is a large conglomerate best known for its classic animated movies and multi-national amusement parks. What most people don’t realize is however, is how much Disney owns, including: theater and music production companies, retail locations, a cruise line, Marvel, Lucas films, Pixar, ABC, ESPN, and more. According to Walt Disney Studios, the company was founded in Los Angeles in 1923 by brothers Roy and Walt Disney, however they did not see their first major success until the release of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves in 1937. Why have I gone to Florida so many times in the past 8 years? Because my wife loves Disney World and I too have developed a love for this fairy tale land. It holds a special place as the destination for our honeymoon. Later this became the destination for our family’s’ vacation with our son and daughter. Disney World is one of the most attractive destinations to individuals across the globe. By far, Disney World is the most fun to enjoy with family and friends. Disney allows for both children and adults alike to enjoy the same rides, attractions, and shows. The parks are situated in a part of the country where the weather does not impede an individual’s enjoyment on a long term scale as the temperatures remain well above freezing year around.

If you live in Florida or you are planning to pass by for a few days, there are two great choices to spend 2 or 3 days of vacation time.
