There have been so many major developments in the evolution of mass media we now live in a day and age where we are constantly continuously connected. I have greatly always been fascinated by how much things have changed in just fifteen years. Fifteen years ago when I was sixteen and looking for a job. I would have to walk into an establishment and physically fill out a paper application and sometimes get an immediate interview. The other options were to use a news paper to look for jobs. Now just fifteen years later not even a century I can down load an application have my resume uploaded and apply for twenty jobs in a matter of minutes and receive call backs the same day it’s incredible. In the last century we have gone from the radio invention with just sound listening to movies, to black and white TV set, to color TV set to big flat screen TV that can go 3D.

Technology has a huge influence on the American culture and American society. Over the past couple years technology has made a big impact on everyone's lives, whether they realize it or not. Anywhere you go or anything you do you will come in contact with technology. The Doctors office, The Dentists office, The Grocery store, your workplace, School, Restaurants would all be a completely different place without technology. I think the piece of technology that has the biggest impact on everyone's lives would probably be a computer or a laptop. In my life a laptop has played a big role in my life these past couple of years in school and during my education.

In today society the media entertainment has become very large. Media entertainment is everywhere you look and hear there is no way to avoid it. The entertainment media has influenced and shaped the American culture for many years. It has provided the American society with a variety of different television and cable programs such as drama, sports, comedy, suspense, horror, documentary and the combination of the local and world news to attract different generations. We cannot forget the influence the radio stations programs have also provided to the American culture with a variety of different genre of music such as classical,

“He can go all the way!” says, the announcer. “That concludes the games folks! The new England Patriots Wins the Super Bowl In a nail bitter finish!” “Woah, did you see that?”. Said, my father in excitement. “Yeah! I can’t believe they actually won!” I replied in shock. That was me as a 7-year-old watching the N.F.L. Super Bowl. This is a perfect example of how entertainment media have shaped American culture. But there’s more! World Cup (Soccer), Smackdown (Wrestling), Movies, Video games, News, etc. Ok, let’s dig a little deeper. Technology has been a working progress for as long I’ve been living but made tremendous improvements. Depending on the device you are using, that can limit or expand your entertainment possibilities!

Its 2015, the news is covering a monumental occasion. Rainbow flags flow in the breeze. People are cheering, crying, and shouting out words of happiness. Men stroll down the street kissing and holding hands. The news camera zooms in on a woman, her face is flush with red a wide smile spreads across her face as she talks about how happy she is to finally marry her long time girlfriend. I watch the news with a smile on my own face. I'm truly happy for them, because this decision hits close to home. I know a secret that the rest of my family doesn't. “ This would have never happened in my generation, this display makes me sick.” my father grumbles next to me. With a sigh I glance over at my little sister whose looking down with pain in her eyes.

The culture and economical impacts that the american indigenous people had on the europe and in return is that the american people impacted them on culture by their tradition of creating items, there food and the way on how they have dressed. TV today has a great deal of constructive outcomes and impacts on our public and American culture. TV gives us supportive data, different types of instruction and diversion, which can provide some beneficial outcomes on the public. On an everyday premise, TV keeps us educated with a lot of supportive data. However, viewer must watch with wisdom. Viewers must remember the television is a tool to stimulate our thoughts, ideas, and creativity. It should not a be used as manual to shape an individual’s identity or ideas. Popular culture in American is influenced by the internet and globalized because of the various was to communicate quickly around the world. American popular culture is what each person makes of it in their own terms based on the perception of the information received through mass media. The many forms of relaying the mass media information such as television, radio and Internet to name a few have sculpted the way Americans feel, believe, act and react to various situations. A person cannot avoid mass media unless he or she had no form of electronics nor did he or she walk outside or read the newspaper. Therefore, each decision and thought created in the minds of Americans is somehow affected by American popular culture. The decisions do not always follow the crowd but move against it, either way a person can make the decision to follow or drift alone. These decisions, methods of thinking, actions and reactions have all developed into cultural values of the American people. Cultural values revolve around popular culture because they create the ideals that people live by.

The media has a large influence on culture and our beliefs. Many people are influenced and affected by what the media says about their own culture or other cultures. The media can make some cultures seem better than they are and make some cultures seem worse than they are.

Are you comfortable in your own skin? As a result of spending too much time associating with the media can make you believe differently. While the media commence to advance and develop an incomprehensible factor, the appearance of civilization begins to mold and shape as a reflection to equally match. Despite the element of using false advertisement or infringement, society is charmed by the sense of exhilaration that is generated by the media. Yet civilization remain uncomprehending to the natural effect that the media leaves printed on them. The media is one of the largest and main sources to express ethnocentrism which leads to stereotyping, while intensifying and supporting the fact of self-consciousness. However society is partially to blame for the gossip and wrongful act of civilization in the media.

There’s been one thing that has been on the human mind centuries for centuries. Creativity. Creativity is the reason we have cars, airplanes, government, movies, art. Writing. Even before colored movies, before the first movie, before Shakespeare, there’s been a write behind everything, behind every actor, behind every director. They’re the whole reason you see what’s on the screen, they birthed the movie from their hands and pen. Screenwriting has been around for centuries and has greatly influenced the way modern media has impacted our culture and society.
