When you see the flag flying in the wind, The stars shinning brighter and brighter and the stripes that represent our accomplishment as a country How about the colors that allow Americans to be Americans. The colors red white and blue each having their own imporant symbol. The color red shows the signifcants of blood and bravery from our miltary, the color blue represents trust, and the color white America's morals. Each color is very important to making our country what it is. When you picture the flag you think of Freedom, Liberty, Allegiance, and how grand America is. But do you think about all the scarafices that people have to make to give you those rights. Do you hear the flag demading respect or it screaming for attention.

First I think of spirit of our country that ever one should have with them as long as they live. Spirit should also show that you are American no matter where you are in the world. Spirit should never leave you even if our country is going through a bad war. Pride is the second word that comes to my mind. Pride means to me that all the soldiers who fight or who are fighting in wars have pride for country so that they can keep ever on safe.
