The person I am doing for my essay is Wesley Isenhour (my dad). He has a wife named Liane and two kids named Macy and Maddy. He works for the United States postal service and does reviews on post offices all around North Carolina. The reason I chose my dad is because he always makes people smile and makes everyone's day better. He is one of the best people in my life and is always there for me. I hope you enjoy my essay on Wesley Isenhour. Following my dad around was a pretty cool experience. I got to see what he does at work everyday and who he works with. He works at the Hickory post office and he shares an office with a man named Jim Frizelle. I also got to walk around his work and see the different jobs people do. Overall it was a great

I think the person who has had the most profound effect on my life besides my parents is my grandfather. I never realized before how much of an effect he had on my interests and goals for the future. Years ago, he used to tell me stories about historical events and experiences he had fighting in Vietnam and my great grandfather fighting in World War 2. His vivid descriptions always made it so interesting and, in some cases, more light-hearted than what actually happened. To this day he still has more stories to tell me, and never fails to captivate my interest. In doing this, he opened my eyes to my biggest interest, history, and encouraged me to pursue this interest throughout school. I feel like it would help to give a short summary of his life and how it affected me.

He has helped me in many ways; he pushes me to be the best, he is always there for me, and he possesses good qualities that I try to obtain.
