Welcome to Divine Corporation, where we guide others to success in their business. My job? To report on the companies who have problems and why. I report to CEO, as do all other heads of the different departments. Each person takes the orders given to them and completes their tasks. We are respected by CEO and are cared for like sons. A large number of companies do not accomplish their work like us, they have a few individuals accomplishing what CEO does. For us, there is less confusion this way considering that we only take orders from one person. Our meetings occur once a week, to check in on what has happened in the company and with our clients. The meetings can be tedious and tiring at times. Very little has changed from week to …show more content…
“Are you positive that Job is as loyal and good as you say?” Finally, the accusation had been aired. The Accuser hinted towards this fact in the past, but was now going to face CEO head on in this debate. Inching forward, we patiently waited for CEO to answer. “Are you saying that you want to test him?” The calming tone was a stark contrast to the tone the Challenger used, however it was one CEO used with everyone. No fear was evident, against all senses CEO seemed interested in the Challenger. CEO treated the Challenger no different than the rest of us. “You wish to make his business suffer to test his loyalty to me?” Tension could be filled as the situation grew in ways we did not predict. The silence seemed louder than the words that had been uttered by CEO. All eyes trained themselves onto the Challenger as we waited in anticipation for the next words. “Yes,” the simple answer was surprising. Was there no more to be said? Nevertheless the Challenger was not done speaking yet. “I will use force against him if needed.” There it was, the statement everyone had sensed was coming. “No,” the short answer from CEO made us all turn to look at him. The defensive stance taken by CEO was unnerving, he seemed to gain more power when he went on the defensive. “You shall not touch Job. You may destroy his property and scare the workers off, but you will not touch him.” The tone made the order final, there was to be no disagreement from the Challenger.
My organisation’s mission is to provide an efficient and helpful service to all our customers so that our client base grows.
There is many different types of meetings, there could be a one 2 one meeting that you have with a manager or line manager where you get feedback on what you have been doing and how you are coping with the work load you have, you could talk about changing systems in the workplaces to make it more efficient for everyone or it could about you want to leave the job you are in and you and the people within your meeting are trying to find a solution to make you feel happier within the work place. It could be to discuss any problem you are having or whether you have seen something that someone else has done and it is not making you feel very comfortable and it’s not suitable for a workplace.
With that experience, I am able to maintain an exceedingly functional work environment while delivering exceptional customer service for the Church of Jesus Christ of Later-days Saints. I am also able to focus in the peoples's necessity so that I can deliver an efficient service ensuring that each and every costumer goes away with the service
Another meeting will be scheduled a week later to give them the same Power Point presentation
The role Christianity has in this organization is customer service is essential and Matthew 10:31 states, “Fear not, therefore; you are more value than many sparrows” (ESV). In the service industry, customer satisfaction is key and the company has to recruit the right people and reward them for there expertise. Colossians 3:23-24 states, “23 Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, 24 since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving” (New International Version). Another verse that can be applied in this organization is 1 Peter 4:10, “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace”. The company uses the gifts God gives us and pass them on to consumers to benefit from. The

For example as the event manager I would inform my deputy manager when they need to go into the Year 8 assembly to inform them what is happening, when it is happening and to give them the information needed to them about the event. If we did not do this then everyone would be confused on what they had to do to prepare for the event, and also everything that needed to be taken care of so that event was a success was done.
The next stage is a stage of providing the actual change actions. Here, the company has chosen a new CEO and President, Douglas Daft, who was an opposite of Ivestor. Daft was a delegator, who wanted to turn Coca-Cola to a most desired company by employees in the world. He also saw a company as a head of the class, when speaking about diversity of workforce and business. Daft was fast in his actions. He has put Ware on the position of Vice-President for Global Public Affairs, as he was concerned about diversity issues in the company as well. They applied Ware’s suggestions about supporting the diversity from the top-executives and tying compensation increases to the achievement of diversity goals. On this stage, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia approved the Settlement Agreement, which was used to non-hourly U.S.-based workers of the company, excluding its bottlers and called for pay-back to employees, future pay equity and equal employment opportunity. Task Force was created to provide an independent supervision of company’s compliance and was reporting on implementation of these programs. On this stage, Coca-Cola learned a lot about its past mistakes and provided dozens of changes to its policies and procedures. As it is not possible to change a whole organization in a short-time period, Coca-Cola was implementing changes during the next decade after a lawsuit and even created a document, called “Manifesto of
During a meeting at the executive strategy retreat, I present the information I acquired with my interactions with the vice president of Big Mart. The initial response from majority of the team was resistant. Aware that the first

Throughout the hearing, CEO Mary Barra states that the mistakes of the “old GM (pre-bankruptcy)” are not the fault of the “new GM (post-bankruptcy)”, she pledges to fix the situation, starting with the new position of Vice President
- Staff Meetings- We have regularly staff meetings, where progress is discussed and i get to know about any new plans and any changes that are going on.
The CEO of White Space Associates appeared for defend his position in front of the company’s HQ and he said that his rival had acted maliciously spreading all those false rumors. We transcript his declarations below:
conjure up emotion from his audience. “ I guess it’s easy… we find it difficult to wait.”
I believe that in order for health care administrators to give awesome communication to their employees that they must conduct meetings. I think that bi-weekly meetings should be held but when you are dealing with health care that’s too frequently based on the fast pace of it. As a health care administrator I would make it my job to hold a monthly meeting so that I can keep an open line of communication between my employers and me. For this meeting I will give a presentation that will explain all things new or changing within the facility. Before the meeting end it will be known that anyone can
