Our DDM Consulting Firm has been hired to advise and help guide CanGo in the restructuring and planning their future endeavors. CanGo is a young fast growing company which is interested in expanding into the online gaming market. This analysis report is the first of a series of reports created by our company to examine CanGo’s current concerns and offer recommendations to fix these issues. At DDM Consulting we believe that success is a team sport and there is no I in team. In saying this, it is going to take the cooperation of the upper management, lower management and CanGo employees for this company to reach its full potential. In order for this to happen effectively, CanGo must come up with a strong Mission and Vision statement. Now let’s separate the two and show the important of both. First lets discus a mission statement. A mission statement defines an organization present state of purpose and answers three basic questions:
1. What a company does
2. Who it does it for
3. How it does what it does. In short a mission statement simply tells the staff and management the purpose of the organization, who their target market is and what business they are in. Moving on, next we have a Vision Statement. A Vision statement gives a company a sense of long term direction. It points out what an organization wishes to achieve over a given period of time. It also builds strong inspiration and cohesiveness in the organization while at the same time providing a clear direction of where the organization wants to be in the next five, ten, or more years.
In short a Vision statement describes the organization's vision for the future. It provides an organization a strong sense of direction as well as an end destination point for management and staff to strive to achieve through their diligent work ethics. (Evans, 2010) Without a Mission and Vision statement the company is missing key components to measure it’s long term success, are much need parameters to keep the company in line when things get chaotic. The CanGo Company had experienced many obstacles and conflicts during the development of the proposed online gaming services. It is imperative for CanGo to review or to identify any problems that could threaten the company’s future goal. First of all, All team management of the company need to have a clear vision about the company’s long term planning, and analyze very carefully what audience would be targeted for the online gaming services. Also CanGo needs to perform a reliable analysis about their financial status, and making sure that they have the equipment is fully functional and available necessary before they start on new online gaming project. CanGo should also consider that each staff is fully aware about the CanGo’s mission, and this would be a positive way for the company to successfully achieve its goal.
Nick fails to use adequate methods, but with help he will improve. This is where some interoffice training could come into play. The online gaming implementation needs to be done right away because the date to go live is in only five weeks. This presentation will demonstrate each of the processes that need to be looked at. The analyzing of each process will allow them to be broken down into more detail.

After reading the Mystic Monk Case, I came to the conclusion that the vision for the company is to earn enough profit to be able to purchase a Ranch called Irma Lake.
