To say that Gary Baseman is just a famous artist is submit to the most banality. Originál rude boy Gary Baseman has created what are perhaps some of the most spellbinding, intimate illustrations possible of LA’s Fairfax District, Gods of the Secret Society, and his cornucopia of mythical creatures. Blurring the traditional ideas between fine art, advertising, and animation, his body of work is seemly boundless. In addition to producing some of most iconic paintings and sculptures of the past two decades, his preoccupations span from designing a full spectrum of consumer merchandise (either for his own Gary Baseman label or for notorious fashion labels such as Coach and Frau Blau) to running galleries all across the globe- to name just a few
In chapter 5 of the novel Night, it seems to have been the scariest part of the book so far. It has great detail and the author wrote it well. He described everything and made us seem like we were there living it with him.

As a kid Tim Howard always wanted to play pro soccer, but he never thought it would happen. Tim grew up in New Jersey with his mom and brother, Chris, his father left when he was a baby. Tim started to do weird things like thinking that he had to touch people before he talked to them. When he was 11 Tim was diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome or TS. It would make his clear his throat, jerk his head, or touch certain things in a particular order. His mother would took him to a pediatric neurologist to see if the TS would affect him in any way. It did, but in a way that he could use it to his advantage. He could sense which way a striking player would kick the ball in the net so he would dive for it that way. His skills did not go unnoticed.
One interesting fact about my historical figure is that he was born with his twin brother who passed away before the age of two. Another fact is that he loved drawing so much and started at such a young age (the age of three), his dad built him his own studio so he wouldn’t draw on anything in the

In the movie “Regarding Henry”, there are many examples of the selfishness id and superego. Henry was a very selfish man before he lost his conscious, however he changed so much no one really recognized him after he got better from his accident. There are many scenes that show his selfishess id however.. For instance the night he went and bought ciggarettes really late at night just because he couldn’t wait. Also this was the night Henry got shot at the super market late that night. Henry was sent to hostipal and he ended up forgetting alot of things. Such as his family and friends .This shows his selfishness of not being able to wait another day while his daughter was home and sleeping. Another example, is apologizing to his daughter about his job and it was more sacrastisic than serious.

There is only one island in the world that can lay claim to being the home of two different countries. That island is the historic, La Hispaniola, which is home to both Haiti and the Dominican Republic. There are other islands in the world who are split between different countries, but none that contain, in entirety, two distinct nations. The island of La Hispaniola resides in the Caribbean ocean and is a part of the Greater Antilles archipelago.
