Vanessa Junior did not try out for any teams sports. But, she developed an interest in intramural sports. The activities and experiences at ages 12 and 14 that Vanessa Junior has been involved in that will promote healthy behavioral practices, physical fitness, and skill in sports is softball and soccer. mBeing involved in team sports will help Vanessa Junior foster working within a group, stay physically active to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and activities to help her destress. I think this is occurring as she seems to get easily stressed out, high school has been stressful, and emotionally she is missing middle school. But, her reactions are normal. As in the early teenager years there are ups and downs. So, I will arrange that Vanessa Junior talk to the counseling psychologist, to her cope.
