This is sometimes the irony that we assume that we really participate in some work or activities even if we are not. Just because we are busy doing something. We cannot work on two mental activities at the same time that’s why we perform less involvement in the task assigned. But, we should always remember that life is not a contest to see who can drop into the grave the fastest. Guard your mental and physical health by slowing down to a reasonable pace. Concentrate on the task at hand, and do it well before moving on. More isn’t always better. Life failures caused by our mishandling of the situation may lead to stress, conflict, frustration, and at the end, we need to cope with it. Experiencing depression is like coming to a dead end. Life holds no meaning anymore. The once all-time high self-esteem now dangerously touches the zero level. Even a rosy retirement life suddenly becomes a death march. We, persons, with ability to feel must be very serious and sensitive about this because in our day to day scenario, we must learn to handle thing right. Stress is a part of life. A long time ago, around the early 16 century the puritans came to the America they live with the Native Americans and had a set of values they both believed in and lived by. One may not expect to find many similarities between both of these groups, but there are many. The Native Americans were not very different than the Puritans. Native Americans valued many things like religion, family, and the concept of things being balanced. Specifically, they strongly appreciated their family. Puritans similar to the Native Americans, the Puritans were more civilized and valued family, life, religion.
