Unit 9 P2 Business

To launch our business we will be partnering with Airbnb, airports, hotels, and businesses. Partnering with Airbnb will allow us to accommodate customers who are looking for a car while they are staying at their Airbnb. Knowing a car will be handy for them to use at their selected destination will allow customers to choose and pick the best place for them to stay and it can all be done easily together when partnering with Airbnb. Partnering with airports will be another way to cater to customers needs. Having airports designate a select area for RIGHTRIDE’S cars will allow traveling customers to know that they will have a car to use while they are in whichever state they are traveling to. Hotels is also another partner that can help our product

We need well thought out and clear procurement documents that will optimise the time required to produce procurement documents and have them prepare with consistent content We want to produce procurement documents which are a true reflection of our brand and sends out a strong and consistent message to the market. We want to get responses that make it as easy as possible for you to choose the right vendor or service provider and to streamline the process to evaluate responses which allows us to get the best services and products for our organisation.

For this assessment I am going to write a report about two businesses. A large national business, and a small local business. My large business is Manchester Airport because it is a large corporation and is very easy to research about. School has also organised a trip for us to go and visit Manchester Airport where we will be able to ask questions about the business. My small business is Coca-Cola shop (corner shop) because I’ve been going there for years, due to this fact I have become fairly good friends with the business owner. This will allow me to go to his shop and ask him the questions without being nervous. I will then describe and compare the purpose aims and objectives of the two businesses. I will also look into what activities they do as a business, and who their competitors are.

The interview will be approximately 20-30 minutes in duration. The interviewees will be contacted no later than 10 business days after their interview

I have to complete a lot of admin jobs. For example, scanning, filing and photocopying. These skills would fit within another organisation because the majority of employers will require their employees to have this knowledge. I know how to file documents in alphabetical order so that people can find them quickly and effortlessly. This can be applied to any sort of document that a company might store. By doing this I can also gain information on timescales, when this work needs to be completed. If I am unable to complete something by the time requested then other people will have to re-prioritise their own workloads to fit around me and by keeping them informed of my progress I can show where I am with my work.1.7 It respects people's time and allows people to be better prepared for work, mentally, physically and tools-wise. Business process can be defined as an assortment of linked, designed actions or responsibilities that are linked together by control flow foundations. E-commerce uses business processes to systematize the day-to-day work flow of an organization.

    In order to ensure success in business ventures, responsibilities have to be distributed in a new way. Responsibilities will be distributed amongst a management/financial team, marketing team, a video review team, a financial team, and relations teams. They will work together to ensure a successful result.

Advertisements are usually the first thing that businesses will do in order to get customer attention and to be well known to the public. Usually using social media as an advertising are targeting on young adult and teenagers rather than family person since majority social media are used by youngster and young adult.

Flowcharts are used to explain a process clearly using symbols and text at a single glance. Another type of mapping that can be utilized is hierarchical process mapping. This type of mapping differs from others because it shows relationships with a supporting process. This form also provides links for presenting process records. Some people may believe that this type of mapping is more complicated. It creates a visual version of the work flow that occurs within a process. This process can either be operational or business. This is presented in a top-to-bottom diagram. It depicts the process in more detailed as the user moves through the different levels (Pojasek, 2005.)
