The benefit of recognising and learning from mistakes is that it can increase relationships with colleagues as they will see that you are willing to take responsibility for the mistakes you make and that you are willing to improve not to make the same mistake again. It is important to realise a mistake so that you can find ways to not make the same error. We don’t want to become discouraged if we do something wrong, so it is important that when we do make mistakes, we just take it as an experience of what not to do next time. The best way to learn from a mistake is to ask others and see how others’ dealt with similar problems.

A work plan is an outline of a set of goals and processes by which a person can accomplish those goals, offering the reader a better understanding of the scope of the project. Through work plans, you break down a process into small, achievable tasks and identify the things you want to accomplish. Creating a work plan can make people understand their job objectives, goals, and help to achieve goals and tasks efficiently.
This can range from providing meeting itineraries to giving follow up emails that ties together all the information presented. Having tangible and well organized material can help others to work towards the same goals. I will work with my subordinates to formulate and achieve their personal goals.

The professional work environment needs a set of rules and codes to ensure that the organisation is being operated in an efficient and businesslike manner. By providing a document that all employees must follow creates uniformity and consistency throughout the workplace. The implementation of a code of conduct establishes the standard of behaviour and performance that is expected from an employee. Another aspect of the professional work environment is a dress code, or lack thereof. Many workplaces have dress codes, particularly workplaces in industries in which image is highly valued and workplaces in which employees have regular face-to-face contact with customers.
Code of Conduct guidelines must be practical, compliable and of dynamic essence. The guidelines should encompass a reactive and proactive approach, thus should consider past experiences that touched our organization’s fiber, as to future challenges and potential risks that could be avoided or minimized if we plan ahead.
Approved code of practice consent from law and gives a legal practical advice to all the workers who are involved in construction work. If we follow all the advice from the ACOP we able to comply with the law in a good manner and our work will become easier.
