4. Analyzing lithics can be quite difficult for someone that is relatively new to the discipline. The same thing goes when analyzing use-ware. It is a very difficult skill to master. Comparing the pseudo-tools and the trampled flakes I was able to see some similarities between the two sets. They all had a high presence of scalar fracture scars. The trampled set of flakes had a hire number of half –moon fracture scars. The hinged/step fracture scars where around the same throughout all the flakes. This could be because there was constant movement and lite pressure applied to the edge of the tools would produce more scalar fracture scars, while the rough uneven high pressure from the force of the trampling would create half-moon fracture
