I would love to be staff on this server because I have been playing on the server for two days and already I love the people they are so nice and respectful, but there are the few that are on when staff is not and they break rules or say hurtful things and are not punished for it and that is one of the reasons I would like to join is to make sure the people who want to have fun are capable of doing so with out the

I have a lot of staff experience on my role of playing this game. To start this section, I was first staff on a small prison server. This was the first server I was actually staff on. On this server I applied in the early makings of the server and achieved a Helper promotion. This server was in BETA so only staff could join, there was a major amount of people in the staff team so It got around 10 players a day. From that day I got helper I went all the way from Helper to Administrator+. Admin+ was basically the highest rank on their server other than Owner / Co-Owner. On the server I helped the owner with plugins, and the staff team. I was a staff manager there and I took my job seriously and I was staff for around 2 months. From there I unfortunately resigned as the server died out and I lost contact

- I'd like to become staff for one general reason, and that's of course to help. This statement branches off into numerous reasons, of course depending upon what server I'd be moderating. To start off, let me include that the server I play most is OP Factions. My main goal for this server is to make it a larger and more well known community. Aside from that, I'd like to stable an environment where rules are followed at all times. As we know, OP Factions is one of the smaller servers, and players at times take advantage of that to disobey rules when there are no staff online. If I was added to the staff team, I would be there to kick/mute the players that constantly advertise, use racism, or the one player that camps warp pvp with hacks.

You guys should accept me for staff because I possess lots of maturity for my age, and I am very dedicated and I want to help clear out the cheaters because I know staff have lots of problems they have to deal with and people expect a lot out of staff. And another reason is I love the feelings of catching a cheater in the act and banning them to help other people. I want to improve the server for the better. I will do this job with pride and I am capable of doing tough work and can get the job done quick and efficiently. I will definitely be helping out all around the server with numerous problems and issues. I will not focus on just monitoring the behavior and cheaters I will also spend my time helping out people with questions. I can help you out with things that you are slacking on, or do not have time for. I also know how to keep people under control when they are stressed. I always tell the truth which does fit my "maturity" personality below. I am indeed calm and mature in situations with players who seem angry. I can record high-quality videos catching cheaters as well. I am capable of multitasking because it's pretty good to have that skill. Here are some of the many character traits I

Some people would say that I do not deserve to be staff, and others might say that I do deserve to be apart of the staff team. If I am going to be completely honest I do not think that I am very different from "The crowd". I want to help the server by become staff and helping players, banning hackers and doing anything that a player needs (If they have a good reason for me to do it). If you want to choose someone else that isn't my choice it is all up to you, but I believe I would be a good pick. Why I should be accepted however is that I am nice to players and will help them with their problems, ban hackers and overall be a positive player toward people. Again, it is totally the opinion that matters if I stand out from the crowd, I believe that I am not very different in someways from "The crowd" but different in others. I have experience in being a staff member and can screenshare players and know when people are just flat out cheating, or lying to me about

Staff handle things fast and it all around seems like a happy staff-team to be apart. I have been wanting be staff again because I miss the old days of being staff on other server's and just handling things correctly and doing my job. I never abuse which is always a common issue with some servers but doesn't seem to be a major one on this server. I do watch 2 of the server's youtuber's which is the Owner and MackemYT which is an old friend of mines ''I am zak mackem if you are reading this'' sorry but I had to say that. Anyway's this server seems like a good place for me to handle my staff duties on and play on basically. I like to make my applications original so if somethings arent things you hear on the daily it's because i'm diffrent yea i'm diffrent. I honestly think being apart of the team I can help out a lot of people because I am usually in the teamspeak at all times and on the server when I can be on the server. I know being staff is a lot of responsibility and there is some drama involved at some points but I do not like to get my self into the drama I rather just continue working and trying to get those promotions! Being staff can be difficult some times because of the amount of issues that go on at once but I can help out with that along with

I am very familiar with all the commands that I would need to use whilst I was moderating on the servers on the network. I will be an active member of the community. I feel becoming a staff member would improve my activeness even more as I have a responsibility to do for the server. I want to keep the Faithful community clear and free of hackers that may join the server. I do not like the people that are racist and If I got staff I would make sure no one is being racist in chat. You can trust me with this role as I said before, I am a very trustworthy player and I would not abuse any power I would be given, for myself or for my friends. I would treat everybody the same, including friends and therefore give them the suitable punishment for whatever they did wrong. If I received the helper rank, I would take the role very seriously and I would not joke around and false ban mute or warn

I believe that I am an appropriate candidate for the staff team, because I know how to asses and address a countless number of situations due to experience on a moderately successful server. I believe that, when a parent allows their child to access the multitude of ItsJerryAndHarry servers, that they feel safe knowing that their child will be protected from anything that may come their way negatively. Each and every individual on this server should be able to move about this server at their own discretion, and not fear harassment or criticism from fellow players. I want to keep this a friendly community, because when it comes down to it, Minecraft is a game to come and have fun with your friends. I want to keep this belief alive, and aid in making this server, one that the masses will enjoy. I tend to listen to positions of authority as soon as the command is issued, and put my very best towards it. Contrary though, just like everybody else, I am only human, and on many things can fall short of what has been expected of me. I use opportunities like this to help me grow, and let it stand as a learning experience on how to adjust myself, so that I may do it the correct way the first time when the next opportunity

I think I would be a great addition to the staff team because I enforce rules even if that is making me the bad guy. The server has rules and the server does not need rule breakers. I have been playing FaithFulhcf for about 3 maps now and I have made a lot of good friends on the staff team so that which have got demoted for reasons that I do not know. I want to learn about how to be a better staff member I have been watching Cbrady350's staff series and I think I could be a good staff member just like him. I try to do the best I can on the server and most of the time I succeed in what I am doing but if I fail I try again. I Think that if I was staff I think you should accept me because I want to ban hackers and keep the server clean I try to do that all the time with recording it and uploading it to the forums for staff to see and ban the hacker. I want to consider my time to the server in a positive way. like helping people in chat and helping people in the game and even in the FaithFulHCF TeamSpeak. I always ask questions before I do something and I was alone I would think before I do it. I know some parts of screen sharing people and I would love to learn more on how to screen share

If I am to get staff I will help out the server by being active and helping players with their problems. I will also warn people before I report them or mute/kick/ban them. I am active on the forums and will help people with their problems in the shoutbox.

Keeping the community in check from cheaters etc. i have got a long with most of the staff i feel these staff trust me and that i am a very nice person viper has always been a server i can go back to in bad times and talk to the nice staff they helped me get throw lots of bad times vipermc has always be there for me i believe i belive that it is time for me to give back to the community by giving my time and applying for staff helping and giving back to the people that helped me get throw hard times i belive that vipermc could become as popular as it used to be i feel that this is key for viper mc's success I want to be there helping out with everything I possibly can. I am ready and willing to put in hundreds of hours as well as my full dedication. to the server at this point in time i believe i cna give a lot to vipermc and its community i also want to apply for staff i will also record staff series for youtube as i am trying to start a channel i just need a good staff opatunity and ill take it and i will start recording bans x-rayers and hackers for youtube so in total i belive i am applying for staff for the reasons above and many more reasons i have inside

Mod on arson for around a month before and I've been helper on a normal factions server. I know all the commands I know everything there is to know being a staff member. If I ever feel I could somehow increase my knowledge and become a better staff member I will do that. I know how to screenshare, I know all of arsons commands, and ban times inside out. I have a link to the Screenshare tools and I would be completely set and ready as I already know how everything works on this sever. Overall my pasts experiences will make me a better staff

(Especially Factions). People use autosoup, forcefield, and knockback, which is unfortunate and unfair towards a lot of the players on the server who play clean. Everyone would enjoy the server more if it was played the way it should be. I will help people who try to scam, or trickery by using mischievous chat such as /pay [name] -[amount]. We all know that does not deduct money from one's account, but a little kid may want to fall for it. That may provide him/her with a bad experience on the server. With me as a Helper or other staff member, I can help clean up the server, answer questions, give info, and even build. (If you ever need a builder)

I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfill a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me. I also have a part-time job, which has helped my skills of teamwork and working in an environment as a staff member. I am also a great listener and can be trusted to help look after the server. I understand that staff cannot always be available and can't monitor every word and action. Being a part of the staff on CrazyRaids would allow greater staff presence over more time zones, and thus help out players that do not regularly play at the same time as current staff. I also believe that my past experience would be an added benefit to the server.

I would like to become a staff of this server because I love watching people have fun meeting new friends and just having fun but... There are bad sides to this... There are hackers. So I think that I have what it takes to become a helper and get rid of spammers, hackers and people who just make the server an unpleasent place to be I believe I can fix this. I am on minecraft a lot because I am a no-life I am on this server a lot too. I am fully dedicated 24/7 to helping this server to grow even bigger and be the positively best server ever (which it already is). I also, as mentioned before, have a LOT of experience screen sharing people and I think that there are not currently enough staff on this great server. There are also few staff on-line in my time zone, meaning that hackers can get away with hacking during English day time, and I wish to fix this by becoming staff and helping out.
