Simple things like finishing a train set maybe. Both articles Also say making other people happy could make you happy. In the article by “M. McMahon” It does say this. His exact words were “Have dinner with your family or walk in the park with friends”. People who enjoy company from there family should visit them more often for

Happiness does not solely depend on external things, but rather on how those particular things are used.
Philosopher John Stuart Mill in his autobiography argues that true happiness is achieved from one and other. He supports his claim by bringing up his personal experience when he as depressed. Mill's purpose is to expose the blindness of false happiness. His autobiography is significant because people are still not truly happy to this day. I agree with Mill's argument because people become worried on the happiness of their objects therefore, not receiving true happiness.

Or do other factors come into play, whether they may be external or internal? No doubt, no chart exists that determines ones happiness. Despite this, there are indeed other factors that come about. Those factors may include but are not limited to: self-choices and luck, life expectations, and money. For the most part, however, it is expected that happy people do in fact choose to be happy even in life’s dullest moments.
Care for others. The way this will help you achieve happiness is that when you help others it gives you a warm feeling inside. It makes you feel as if you have done something right. This feeling is almost unexplainable. Helping others is one of the best things you can do. For example, when you complement someone the best feeling is when you see the look on that persons face and see how happy you made them. Also, if you do not care for others you will live a lonely life. Without care for others no one will want to be around you. So, if you care for others you will have a joyous life.
