Type 1 and type 2 diabetes are two different diseases caused by some similar things. Many people get diabetes because of their family traits and genetics. Diabetes type 1 and type 2 harms the human body affectively. It harms the humans body's most important parts. People 60 years and older are more likely to get diabetes. This type of diabetes affects the eyes, nervous system, mouth, and the feet and hands. Diabetes cause eye problems and there is a huge possibility that many people go blind from this disease. From having diabetes, blood vessels will begin to be destroyed in the eyes because of the increase of sugar in your body. The nervous system is another part of your body that is affected by diabetes. “Diabetes may cause digestion problems, bladder problems and impotence.” Diabetes causes digestion problems to the human body and messes with the bladder. Because of this type of diabetes, the nervous system will get harmed by the blood in the human body and then the numbness in your limbs will start to occur. The mouth is also affected by diabetes. Having diabetes causes the mouth to get red, sore or even have swollen gums. Bleeding gums while brushing your teeth or tooth loss is a sign of diabetes. Lastly, diabetes also affects the feet and hands. The feet and the hands is affected by diabetes because there is unexpected irregular blood flow in the feet. Diabetes makes it harder for sores and cuts to heal. These are some of the most common and important body parts that diabetes affect. These body parts on the human body is easy to attack.
