Traveling Around the World

So one of the best thing I have ever gotten to do is go to Six Flags. The one I got to go to is in Van Texas. It is a crazy amusement park that has the third fastest roller coaster in the country.I got to go with some people too. Me Anne Mae, Jack, Jonathan, Mason, Alison, Olle, Davis, and my mom. It is a very cool amusement park. My favorite part was the Mr. Freeze ride. Jonathan said, “Mr. Freeze was his favorite too”.

Rick Ridgeway said, “The best journeys in life are those that answer questions you never thought to ask.” This means to make your own path instead of following someone else's. There are many places I have found to start my path. I want my paths to go to all around the world.

The best vacation I ever took, would have to be when I went to Cedar Point, Sandusky, Ohio. Cedar Point is an amusement park. My parents had gone a few years before that. I was about 11 years old the first time I went to Cedar Point. I was very short, (still am) and couldn’t go on all the rides. But I still had fun. We also went on a Ferry Boat ride. And went to a cave and and a “Butterfly Palace”.

We decided that our best choice to stay at was Panama City, since it had everything that my mom and dad desired. My family also decided that we would drive to Florida since the nearest airport was Tallahassee. The day that our family would go to Florida would be June 26, 2016. We would stay for a week, and return on July 1, 2016. That would give us a week of relaxation before my family and I

It wasn’t my first time travelling outside the country. I had gone on numerous journeys with my parents, and my many experiences gave me a broad view of the world. From seeing the content beachside life of residents in Cancun to the bustling, trendy streets of London, the small fragments of the Earth’s surface I’ve been exposed to have opened my eyes to so much enjoyment and cultural enrichment.

I was gifted a ticket, to anywhere. Past, present, future, anything my mind could imagine, this ticket could get me. Although there was a certain lure to watching the sunset on a beach in Jamaica, or spending copious amounts of money shopping in New York, I found myself using my once in a lifetime opportunity to travel to South Sudan working as a nurse for Doctors Without Borders. However once there I discovered my passion, and drive, and ambition that went beyond working in a hospital. My future awaited me.

We planed to go to the City walk for one day, and the theme park for three days. The first day was nice to look into little shops and see shows. The remaining days we spent at the theme park. Me and my dad rode most of the rides because my brother and mom don’t like them too much. My mom got to see the hogwarts castle and go on the virtual ride so she was very happy. I got to go on almost all of the rides with my dad in the three days. After the park, we had one day to look around Orlando. We had no car so their was lots and lots of walking. But we did get a bus ride to a mini golf course. The next morning, it was time to leave. All of us shoved everything in our suitcases and got a taxi to the airport.

Come on over to the beautiful state of Florida. Where the "Happiest Place On Earth" is not too far from the wonderful Orlando, Florida. "The beaches in Florida are wonderful. Disney World was one of me and my children's stops during our perfect vacation. Know we know why it is called 'Happiest Place On Earth'!" says one of the many satisfied tourists. There is lots to do in the warm state of Florida. Many wonderful hotels are listed in many locations. A famous city to visit in Florida is Panama City. Spring Break for teenagers is super fun in Panama City! Side trips to visit might be Daytona Beach which is a motor city and beach city. Some people view the outside world as a dangerous place full of disparity and misery, others like to embrace that unknown and try to use it as a catalyst for inner growth. I like to see myself as the latter, the individual who lives for the rush of the unknown. I looked down to see what I could only describe as a dream come true. Every now and then I look back on my childhood memories. As a child I was very lucky, my family loved to go on vacations. Growing up we went on vacations almost every other year, small and big. I have been to Florida multiple times and got the chance to go to some of the many amusement parks including Disney world, Universal studios, Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and SeaWorld. Out of all the vacations I have taken I would say my favorite is the trip we took a few years ago to Aruba.

The world is huge and mysterious, full of wonders and surprises, and humans are ever inquisitive by nature. The need for human to consistently travel and quench their curiousity through new discoveries had been evident since early civilization. Like those myths and legends of Gulliver's Travels to appease the curiousity of people in the pastof the vast , unknwon Eart, to the real history and conquers of Marco Popl, humans have never find it enough to stop unreveling the wonders of nature and Earth to cease travelling. Especially with the advancement of and improvement of transport technologies. When we needed months, even years, of perilous travels across oceans, now we just need a few luxurious hours on planes to reach our destinations.

Most people that have gone to Orlando for holidays, ended with good memories. I’m not the exception. The resorts, the parks, and the restaurant make Orlando the best place to enjoy for the whole family. My last holiday with my nephew in The Wall Disney World Resort was the best time of our life for my family and me.
