Refer back to Martin Luther King Jr. “I have a dream” speech he hoped that “one day his four little children will live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.” In the novel “To kill a Mockingbird” by Harper Lee addressed the main idea that people should eliminate prejudice and racism and learn how to accept others. Furthermore, the novel says that people should judge others by their point of view and personality, and be respect to all people who are different from ourselves.
