On Sunday, May 23, 2016 I responded to 2730 Thelma Street on report of an assaulted call.
Upon arrival I was met by the victim and his wife. The victim was diffucult to understand, so the wife interept.
The victim was unsteady on his feet, had red glassy eyes, and strong odor of an alcohol substance. He advised that he was at a family party earlier tonight and was drinking. He decided to go to the store at Cheek Road and Hardee Street to purchase some cigars. He left the store to go back home and somewhere on Holloway street, a red Toyota Tercel in front of him stopped and three black males occupies got out of the vehicle and started walking towards his vehicle. I notified dispatch that Officer Albert and I were out at the RSC. I parked our patrol car on the north side of the RSC and entered the north door. I heard Officer Smith on the radio say he was out with the subject near the Credit Union. I observed from across the RSC Officer J. Smith and Officer R. Faison standing next to a black male all the way by the Book Store. As I walked closer, I could see the black male with both of his hands up in the air and he was getting down on both of his knees. When I got to the Credit Union, I saw a set of crutches and a black bag laying on the floor. I told Officer Albert to stay here with these items as I continued to go behind the black male. On 12/19/15, Inv. Reyer was notified by dispatch that Faulkner County S.O located the 2002 White Chevy pickup behind a church at 89 Mitchell Rd. The vehicle was then processed. While processing the vehicle there were several spots of suspected blood found inside and on the outside of the truck. A sample of each possible blood spot was taken. I viewed video surveillance from LRHS camera #7.24 at approximately 3:04 p.m. and observed a Red pick-up while backing up strike the vehicle in question left rear back fender near the back tire. At approximately 3:05 p.m I observed the suspect getting out of the truck and walking up to the vehicle in question and kneeling down near the left rear area as if he was assessing the damage. At approximately 7:27 a.m., Detective J. Figueroa arrived Cape Fear Valley Medical Center 1638 Owen Drive Fayetteville, North Carolina 28304 in-reference to an additional victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The individual was identified as Kenneth Alexander Shaw (black male, 7/5/1988) who arrived in a gray Ford Fusion North Carolina Registration PAB5727. Detective J. Figueroa was contacted by Officer Catlett who advised an Amos rashaad Shaw (black male, 10/10/1989) was in the parking lot and had brought his brother Kenneth to the Hospital.
On Thursday, July 23, 2015, at approximately 0509 hours, I responded to Arbor Creek Apartments, 1120 South Main St #13 for a person down. I arrived on location and noticed black male lying on the ground with blood emitting from the back of his head and out of his noise. I checked his common carotid artery and noticed that he did not have a pulse. I was then greeted by the complainant, Sumautree Hardison. Hardison advised that she heard a bang, went outside and noticed Brandon (unknown) was lying on the ground.
On 10/06/2017 at about 2300 hours I was dispatched to 3124 Extravagant Ave in reference to a Burglary.
Upon arrival, I made contact with the complainant, who identified himself as Gregory Climi by his Florida ID card. Climi advised that he is a driver for Lyft and was assaulted with a handgun by one of his passengers. Climi stated that at approximately 1:40 A.M. a request for a ride came in. Climi advised that he picked up the suspect at approximately 2:04 A.M. at 8602 US 19, Port Richey (Checkers). Climi stated that the suspect wanted a ride across the street to the Mcdonalds located at 8527 US 19, Port Richey, so he could confront an employee there. Climi advised that the suspect stated that he was upset

“I located a stolen vehicle on 06/12/2016, at approximately 0930 hours at Copperstone Circle and Copperstone Court in Chesapeake, Virginia. The vehicle is a 2015 Dodge Charger with Virginia license plates of VEZ-1766. I took the initial report for the vehicle on 06/11/2016. It was assigned case #16-78080. I stayed with the vehicle and did not let it out of my sight. I notified FTO Noble that I had located the vehicle. He stated he was in route to the location. Prior to FTO Noble’s arrival Officer B. On Sunday November 24, 2016 at approximately 16:02 hrs. Officer L Wilkerson and I Ofc. R. Holcomb were dispatched by dispatcher B Coleman to 304 Hopkins Drive in reference to a disturbance. Upon my arrival I made contact with Ms. Shawntavia Lucky (complainant) who stated that her son Mr. Jousha Lucky (victim) got into a physical altercation with two black males.
On 05/14/17, I was dispatched to 2440 W. Madison in reference to an assault that occurred at the location.
On Saturday, July 18, 2015, I was dispatched to 5108 Shady Bluff Street on a report of a Disturbance with a weapon call.
On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
On 02-07-2017 at 1607 hours I was dispatched to Victor Street and Coolidge Street in reference to an assault.
