IKEA is a company promoting social values and paying close attention to the work atmosphere in order to encourage its employees to develop their talents and skills.

Therefore, 155 000 coworkers are running IKEA operations all over the world, on a daily basis. In 2015, IKEA increased her turnover by 0.1% with a 19.8% performance, compared to 19.7% in 2014.
