William Jefferson Clinton
William Jefferson Clinton was born on August 19, 1946, in Hope, Arkansas. His father, William J. Blythe III was killed in an automobile collision just two months before William’s birth. At age four, William Jefferson Blythe IV was legally adopted by his mothers second husband, Roger Clinton, making him William Jefferson Clinton.
At age 22 William received a Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University. Just five years later, he received his law degree from Yale.
Soon after graduating from Yale, he became a law professor at the University of Arkansas. He did not stay

Despite the seemingly insurmountable odds, Clinton won the election, with 46% of voting Americans supporting him.
Antonin Scalia, Supreme Court Justice
Antonin Scalia was born March 11, 1936 in an Italian majority section of Trenton, New Jersey. His father, Eugene Scalia was a literary scholar and a professor of Romance Languages at Brooklyn College. His mother was an elementary school teacher.
Scalia attended Xavier High School, a Catholic Military academy. He graduated, first in his class, in 1953. One of his good friends once said: “He was brilliant, way above everybody else.” He later majored in History at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where he again graduated first in his class. Soon after leaving Georgetown, he enrolled in Harvard Law School, where he was known around the campus as an effective debater.
From Harvard he earned an LL. B. Degree and in 1960 joined the Cleveland based law firm Jones, Day, Cockly and Reavis. He was one of the most straightforward conservatives on the staff and there too earned a reputation as a debater.
Later, President Richard Nixon appointed Scalia to the position of Part-time General Counsel in Executive Office of Telecom Policy. He was confirmed by Congress under the Gerald Ford administration for the position of Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Justice Department’s office of legal counsel. Upon returning from war, Brooke showed an interest in law. He earned two degrees in law at the University of Boston.
After high school, she did her undergraduate work at Oklahoma State University and graduated with honors in 1977. Afterwards, Anita attended Yale Law School where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate in 1980. After graduation she went to work with Wald, Harkrader and Ross law firm in Washington D.C. While working there she met Clarence Tomas.
Sonia Sotomayor was born in The Bronx, New York City, in June 1954. Her father died when she was nine, and her mother raised her. After high school graduation, she entered Princeton University where she in 1976 graduated Summa Cum Laude and in 1979 received her J. D. from Yale Law School.
Tyler followed in his father’s footsteps by going to college to study law. Tyler began to study law with private tutors and work for a prestigious law firm located in Richmond, Virginia. Dedication paid off and resulted in Tyler graduating from William and Mary College in 1807.After two years Tyler was unsatisfied with his law career.
Thomas Jefferson was born on April 13, 1743, in Shadwell, Virginia. The parents of Thomas Jefferson were Jane Randolph Jefferson and Peter Jefferson. His mother was a member of the Randolph clan. The Randolph family was said to be descendents from English and Scottish royal families. His father was a very successful farmer, skilled surveyor, and cartographer. Sonia Sotomayor was born on the 25th of June, 1954 in the Bronx, New York in a public housing project. She is the daughter of Juan and Celina Sotomayor, who migrated from Puerto Rico to New York. When Sotomayor was Eight years old she was diagnosed with diabetes. A year later, at the age of 9, her father passed away. Sotomayor’s mother worked hard as a nurse to provide a good education to her two children.
Hughey graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A degree. After graduating he worked for congressman Tom Bevill on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. “Following the job on Capitol Hill I came back home and attended the University of Alabama School of Law. Hughey said.”
He attended Booker T. Washington High school. King was said to be a gifted as well as talented pupil. He was such a precocious student that he skipped both the nine and eleventh grade. By the age of 15, King entered Morehouse College in 1944. He earned a sociology degree from Morehouse College and attended the liberal Crozer Theological Seminary in Chester, Pennsylvania. He was the valedictorian of his class in 1951, after thriving in all of his classes. King entered Boston University after being accepted to many other exceptionally great universities, such as Yale and Edinburgh for his doctoral study. In 1955, he completed his PH.D and was awarded his degree whilst he was only twenty five years old.

Johnson was born August 27, 1908, in Stonewall, Texas on an isolated farm in the Texas Hill Country to Sam Ealy Johnson, Jr. and Rebekah Baines Johnson. His mother was a woman “… who treasured poetry, revered knowledge, and detested anything dirty or shabby …” She wanted to make sure her children received an education.
After graduating in 1926, Thurgood attended Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. This was a historically black college. After graduating, with honors, from Lincoln, in 1930, he applied to the University of Maryland Law School. He was overqualified with his academics, but was turned away because of his race. This experience with discrimination in education stayed with Marshall and helped determine his career. Insted of Maryland, Thurgood attended Howard University in Washington
but spent several years reading and studying law. At the age of 20 he was admitted to the bar.
