INTRODUCTION
The time management project is majorly concerned about integrating all works that are related to the organization goals. In this system, all incoming work will first be organized, then planned and finally aligned with the busy operating hours of ABC restaurant. The result will be avoiding unnecessary spending, and the money that could have been spent unnecessarily will be used to expand the organization. In addition to that, the system will see that no employee is idle at any given time. Employees who usually have nothing to do when business is slow will find themselves something to do.
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM It came to my concern that ABC Restaurant wastes a lot of financial resources on employees who are idle when business is slow. The resources that are spent on these employees could have been allocated to other areas so as to expand the organization. The root problem of all this is based on how time is managed in this organization and also on the role of management. PROPOSED SOLUTION
I propose the following to the above problems:

The job of project manager, as performed by Ron Barnes of CanDo Construction Ltd., is fundamental in making things happen, as he is responsible for winning and completing projects. To do this successfully, he must gather an accurate assessment of the competition through direct contact, past experience, or second-hand reports. He must also organize available material and human resources, and determine the timeframe necessary to complete all processes of a project.
The project manager will focus all the attention of managing the scope, budget and schedule of the project such that the risks are minimized and the outputs are maximized. The reports at every stage are essential for analysis of the project phase. Regular reviews and testing for each module will determine the re-evaluation of project such that the processes are controlled and monitored at every phase. Plus the soft skills help a PM to follow up and follow through each task while understanding the requirements from the business stakeholders. A thorough market research would give an analysis on the qualitative and quantitative research evaluation which will ensure any concerns that can be captured
At this point the scope of the project has been defined in detail and the project team are ready to be appointed. Although a Project Manager can be appointed at any stage of the project, s/he will need to be appointed prior to the establishment of the project team. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project performance including: planning, budget execution, project execution, and close-out Funding.

One of the most important self-management skills involves controlling and budgeting your time. An old adage-plan the work and work the plan, in essence this is the key to successful project management. Project Managers (PM) must first plan out the project and then monitor and control the execution of the program work. There is a tendency for projects to short change the planning process. This is a common mistake. The time spent properly planning will result in reduced cost and duration, and increased quality over the life of the project. Using tried and true best practices for a PM will provide assurance that the program /project will be beneficial and successful.
The project manager’s authority is too low, has a short time to review the project proposal, difficult communicate with the user department and receive less support from senior management. Additional, the project manager lack of human resources, employees were understaffed, and no senior analysts were available. The Stakeholders review the metrics and variance and initiate necessary steps for the variances determined in order to complete the project within budget and time.
