Reporting party contacted CCIB to report that on 8/20/16, it was reported that staff Courtney Richardson went upstairs at approximately 7:45AM and stated that resident William "Bill" Anderson (DOB: 8/5/88) was sitting on the top of the stairs and resident Kallie Wright (DOB: 4/27/91) was standing in front of him. On 6/13/16 the police were called to the facility due to resident's inability to enter the facility.
