In the end, in Romeo and Juliet, blame can be placed on several individuals and on different beliefs. However, it has been argued, that the main reasons for Romeo and Juliet’s deaths is fate, the choices of the Friar and irrationality. If Romeo and Juliet had chosen to be more mature and concentrating on creating a lasting relationship without sacrificing their lives or the lives of others, the ‘star crossed lovers’ would have had a successful conclusion. The Friar’s actions in response to Romeo and Juliet’s requests and his motive behind choosing to aid the two was made with irrational thoughts and puts the young couple in danger.
