Jahoda points out the senselessness of removing the Indians from their native land and portrays Jackson as being ruthless and greedy. Specifically, this book goes into detail of everything they were put through by the white men. Many Indians died due to the harsh conditions, starvation, diseases contracted from the white men, and the violence from fighting. The Red Eagle incident was bringing in the gradual manipulation and removal of the native tribes because the Indians weren't united: the removal and relocation was made easier because of this. Gay marriage has been a controversial topic that is highly debated all around the globe, containing many of its own varying viewpoints and beliefs on both sides of the argument. Those who oppose same-sex marriage believe that it is a sacred bond that can only be kept sacred between a man and a woman, and that same-sex marriage will ruin the sanctity of marriage. Also, if gay marriage is allowed they believe that it will open the door to other non-traditional relationships to be accepted such as polygamy. Fairy tales have been around for generations. They are a way to express the idealistic realities of society. In most fairy tales, the roles of men and women reflect the way men and women are portrayed in reality. Many cultures believe that women are to be seen and not heard and that the only necessity for them is to take care of the house and raise children to repopulate society. Fairy tales originated from oral tradition. These stories were passed down and here eventually written down. As known as a result of oral tradition the stories were changed to fit the audience and make storytelling more interesting. According to MPhil Kings, there are several broad classifications of types of fairy tales. There are animal tales, ordinary folktales, jokes and anecdotes, formula Tales and Unclassified Tales. As Americans, we are taught that fighting for our rights is something that we have had to continuously through history. From the American Revolution, to the Civil War, to the Women 's suffrage movement of the 20’s, there has always been some sort of right. However, as we as Americans got closer to the new millennium, the fight for basic rights became a little more intense. It was no longer us as Americans fighting a common enemy such as England, it was now Americans vs Americans. Multiple issues such as gun laws and religion have separated the United States since its creation. Though recently, the main issue that has caused a divide in the American population is the issue of gay marriage.
