Texas A & M University: Career Choice In The Future

In Katy Hopkins article choosing a university or college is important because you have to go to college and start training for your career. As Katy Hopkins stated in her article choosing a college always make sure to look at the courses they have to offer, college rankings, students life, athletics, and financial aid.

I chose NDSU because I feel like I was pretty well acquainted with the campus during my time in high school. Each summer, for FFA, my chapter, along with others from across the state, spent a week here competing in different agricultural competitions. Also, I talked with alumni from this nursing program, and they all said it was set up very well, and also put them on a track to getting a good job afterwards. When I came for a tour earlier this spring, I got to hear a speech from the Dean of nursing, and I just sort of felt like this was the right place. On a side note, I like being here because of the agricultural side of NDSU as well, even if I’m not necessarily going into a field pertaining to it. It seems more like home to me, when the person next to me, going into Vet Tech, rides horse as much as I did.

Texas A&M University is a great school to attend. They have great places to relax and study along with amazing facilities. Don't make the wrong choice and be left out because it offers so much and has many opportunities for everyone. Texas A&M opened as the state's first public institution of higher learning in 1876. Dedicated to sending Aggie leaders out into the world to take the challenges of tomorrow, A&M stands as a research-intensive flagship university.

The big question that is asked when going to a college is why do you choose our college. Well let me tell you. There are thousands of colleges to choose from and I decide on Lake Land College, because they have the program I want to eventually be in. They are affordable and they are always willing to help you with any problems you have.

Texas A&M is a university located in College Station, Texas. This is a public university founded in 1876. The name A&M comes from Agricultural and Mechanical college. The application deadline for Texas A&M is December 1st with a fee of 75dollars. The SAT or ACT scores should be also turned in by December 8th. I chose Virginia Tech for a few reasons which included The College of Natural Resources and Environment, the Appalachian Mountains, and being known as Hokie.
