Hi Malcom , I'm a former tenant of 27 Catherine street . Up until this point you have been dealing with my girlfriend Erikka but given the recent discrepancy's surrounding our bond refund I felt it necessary to contact you myself . Yesterday you refunded $367 of the original $1050 bond we payed to you. I was surprised to see that you had only chosen to return one third of the original amount . I'm aware because we had failed to stay the minimum of 10 weeks expected you intended to deduct $250 from the total amount as is apparently stated in the tenancy agreement . It has been explained to me that because neither i nor my girlfriend were ever presented with a tenancy agreement to read or sign that no such agreement exists and you have no right to make deductions on this basis. Maximum penalty: 20 penalty units.” In light of this new information its apparent that you are obligated to refund me to the original amount of $1050 which I expect should be done hastily in all good conscience. Erikka has informed me that she has had difficulty in eliciting a response from you before. I will take a failure to reply to this message within 24 hours of you reading it as a refusal of payment and will be forced to take legal action. I look forward to hearing from you

In chapter 7, they use posters to show how they grabbed Americans attention. The core values the posters displayed were to grab the attention of Americans by tell a powerful message and to get the message across the states. The posters would try to get the attention out by using someone or something famous and show people in war with writing on it. This would help get people’s attention and might help them be convinced to join the war somehow. Like joining the arm forces or to buy war bonds to help pay for the war. The second poster I believe is the most affective and sent a message. The massage on it is “Gee! I wish I were a man. I’d join the Navy. Be a man and do it. United States Navy recruiting station.” with a woman on it (Pg. 141). Just

I predicted that Nancy Carlos would be an active group member that is very outgoing. I thought that she would actively contribute to the group’s product and would always be ready to work. I inferred this because she was always clarifying and asking questions about activities we were doing as a team. She seemed motivated and as though she sincerely cared about her grade and the outcome of the group. My predictions proved correct, yet I was unable to predict how essential she would be to the team. She was a hardworking member that was always talking, always working hard, and even took on the roles of opinion provider, questioner, and clarifier. She would involve herself in conversations and would rarely wait for someone to ask her for her opinion.
Gun regulation has been a controversial topic since they were first established as a weapon. People for and against gun regulation provide strong arguments for their side. Gun regulation has fluctuated over time due to changes in office. Being a democracy prevents us from having consistency. As a nation we continue to change regulations on guns because of the different views our democracy allows us to have. The main aspects pose the most problems in gun control are violence, illegal sale of guns, and mental health checks.
