1.0 Introduction
One of the world’s top best airlines, Emirates is the largest as it is in middle east, the company operate flights from Dubai International Airport of over 3,000 flights every week (Keea Shila, 2013). Emirates fly to more than 180 destination, to
80 countries in the world. The airline was founded during 1985 by Ahmed
Bin Saeed and began it services in aviation industry in mid-October in 1985 with only two jets. Over the years, the airline have been expanding, consisting of more than 130 aircrafts and over 50,000 employees who come from over 160 nationalities currently. Trainings were provided under good leadership of Emirates HRM department to allow the cabin crew to get along and build better friendships (Kamel Mnisri, 2010)

2.4 Technological Factor In a 21st century world, Emirates depends on and evolve around technology to accommodate passenger with better connectivity and quality flight experience. Even though it may not reduce cost as much, advance technology does improve Emirates operations. After much innovations of 21st century technology, Emirates establish its first airbus fleet in 2010 and still expanding. Not only it accommodate a huge number of passengers, the plane, but it also uses Biofuel and quieter noise volume with thrust reversal engines, giving its passengers great flight experience.

2.5 Environmental factor The world as we know it to be is recently very ill. Due to much effect of human activity, global temperature is rising at a fast rate per year, which leads to serious changes in climate and weather. This results in aviation industries to be badly affected as the changes will lead to flight delays and bumper flights due to mid air turbulence. Thus Emirates does take this factor into serious considerations
