The purpose of this memo is to describe how I and other members in our group proceed the work of technical documentation assignment.
Our group decided to choose how to clean a Heckler & Lock USP handgun as our topic for the technical documentation. For this assignment, we all agreed on making an instruction for this topic. Actually, we had two guns to give instruct at first, one gun was rifle and one gun was handgun. During the process, we changed the topic only to the handgun because it was more able to give a detail instruction for a specific gun. We chose this topic because this topic would help people to become more educated on handgun maintenance. With many people who own guns, it was very essential if they do not know how to maintain the guns.
With regarded to that, our audience members were those who would like to learn how to clean a gun or those that had a gun but do not know how to clean it… Our context of use for this technical documentation was focus on using the basics technical of a handgun to instruct the audience knew what to do for maintaining a handgun from the H&K USP handgun. Therefore, we used all factors and elements that related to cleaning a handgun. Included how to disassemble and assemble the handgun, lists of parts, tools, and condition required, etc. our audiences would

My part of this technical assignment was to research the history of the gun, which is H&K USP handgun. I needed to use this information to give it an introduction at the beginning of the paper. The process went on, I and Koji took the safety information and conclusion part of the gun. There were a lot of information about safety information, so I had to choose and decide what is appropriate with the gun. After the peer review, I also did redesign all of the text of the assignment such as indentation, spacing, heading,
On the other hand, resources, such as accountants, business analysts, and I/T Specialists who rely on documentation tools, will need proper training on these tools. You have been given the responsibility of familiarizing your team with these tools. Evaluate which techniques, in terms of their appropriateness, you would use to get your team ready for its first assignment - the evaluation of a firm’s internal control structure.
* From the e-Activity, analyze the documentation requirements under Standard 3. Make at least two (2) recommendations to the documentation requirements that you believe would improve Standard 3. Support your recommendations with examples of such improvements.
The current documentation system at Blossom Creek is desperately in need of replacement. Currently, all documentation is done through the use of various paper forms and after being filed out and reviewed by the proper management staff members, the forms are put into an alphabetized
3. Explain the purpose of keeping equipment clean, hygienic and ready for the next user.
In this short paper I will go over my thoughts on this week’s assigned course reading. This week we were instructed to read Chapter Four of the FTA 215 course text. This chapter covered Tools, Maintenance, and Repair of the AR-15 platform rifle.
You have been given the task of designing and developing the standard documentation which will be used by Green Heaters Pty Ltd. You must present details of your plans to the board of directors.
Describe how to complete and maintain documentation in accordance with organisational procedures, in relation to:
The Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) has emerged as the most vital drive for overcoming the issues associated with maintaining a complete and good sound medical record in the U.S healthcare system. The main focus of CDI is to enhance clinical clarity of the health records which usually involves the process of improving the medical/health records documentation in order to promote effective patient outcome, data quality measures and accurate reimbursement for services and care rendered. For a medical record to be meaningful and mirror the scope of treatment and services provided, it must be accurate and meet the established guidelines set forth by the governing bodies such as the Centers for Medicare and Medicare.
The second step that will help gun control is mandating that people use proper storage techniques that will include government improved firearm storage such as gun safes and gun locks in which will help control who has access to the firearms and to keep them out of reach of children as well as inexperienced users. Another method that can be put in place to help society with reducing accidents involving a firearm is offering incentives such as a “gun buy-back program that offers incentives for people to turn in handguns, such as a cash payment, grocery store certificate, or concert tickets” (Hira. M. 2012 p.1). This would reduce the amount of firearms that are in possession legally and illegally thus reducing
The materials needed to clean a shotgun is shared throughout the rest of this paragraph, as well as the cleaning process. Moisture displacing lubricant is needed, which is used to prevent damage from salt, friction, and moisture. The lubricant also cleans, protects, and prevents corrosion on the metal. Gun cleaning solvent is required to help clear away the residue of powder, lead, and rust from the gun. The wire-brush is essential to scrub the interior of the barrel to remove or loosen the crud build-up. A microfiber cloth is needed to wipe the exterior of the gun down and to extract the excess debris. The last item required is a cotton cleaning patch, this item is used to wrap around the end of the cleaning rod(wire-brush) and then is used
Proper gun maintenance is one of the most important aspects of being a good gun owner. Neglecting proper maintenance can cause a gun to become inaccurate, jam, misfire or possibly even cause clogs in the barrel which could end up in a sudden barrel explosion. In order to keep your guns in proper working order every time that you use them and to keep yourself and others safe, it's important to clean your guns after every use. Here are some tips on keeping your guns clean to ensure that they stay accurate and safe.
In this short paper I will go over the Cleaning Firearms Lab that I completed this week. This week we were told that we would be completing the lab portion of this class, and doing a writeup of the cleaning operation that we completed. I chose to do my lab on two Savage bolt guns that I’ve, one is a .22lr and the other is a .17 HMR. I regularly use and clean these weapons, but we were told to use two similar firearms so I grabbed these two for that reason.
The purpose of this memo is to describe the aspects of the Prodigy User Manual that illustrates the characteristics of technical communications and to evaluate the effectiveness of the document as a technical document.
Great memorandum. You wrote a pretty detailed plan on how you write technical documents. The chapters we have gone through, especially chapter 14, have taught us how to structure a technical document and what that document should contain. I agree, it doesn’t hurt to do a little research for an assignment if you’re unclear about it. Research can help make the information you’re stating a bit more detailed. The planning phase is one of the most important steps when writing a technical document. The list you wrote down are the same steps I take when I’m writing any type of document. It’s a really good idea to just write down a couple of main ideas to research on. The writing step is always pretty simple, you just have to make sure the document
The paper concludes with a critical appraisal in connection with a comparison to other process documentation methods in chapter 5 and a terminal conclusion in chapter 6.
