Tech Salvation; How Tech has changed and saved lives Throughout the evolution of mankind, we made discoveries that change the way we live our lives today. Over time, these breakthroughs demonstrate the progress succumbed by the human race as challenges arise. Nevertheless, technology is a significant factor to the progress in today's world. If there was no tech then there would be no cell phones. Cell phones are one of those vital pieces of tech we use frequently. Tech is always around us. Humans create things to make life easier and resolve a once difficult task at hand. Throughout history, many concepts and ideas have proven to withstand the test of time. Many think there are limits to our race; clearly people have shattered those limits. The outcomes are things people before, could never have imagined of, or comprehended the idea of. Communication is an excellent example. Before the cell phone, people got their message to another individual by horseback or by foot. Now phones allow us to communicate amongst ourselves in just fractions of a second. Another limit broken by the information brought to us by technology was the speed of sound. Before, the speed of sound was only a concept formed to help us understand the motion of objects. However, on October 14, 1947, a man by the name Chuck Yeager, proved that with the help of computer technology, he and his team of highly educated people built an aircraft that Yeager used to break a before thought of, unreachable limit. It is just unbelievable how much mankind has learned and how life has changed over the course of just a couple centuries.
