Employer's should have the choice to hire or fire someone based on the person's appearance of tattoos if the potential employee will be working with the public. Tattoo's can look unprofessional when the tattoos cover up most of a person's skin. If a person is considering working with the elderly, the elderly may take offence to seeing tattoos all over a persons body. If a person chooses to work in a factory where no customer contact is initiated, tattoos would most likely not bother the public views.
