Everyone has a unique taste, whether its related to clothes, food, learning and so forth. The taste level we have on things we like connects greatly to the social class we belong it, highest degree we obtain, and your father’s profession. I thought it was interesting how many people can think their superior then others be showing off their levels of high taste. Many people may have a poor social class put display a refine superior taste. Even though, the hipsters are viewed as a social group with poor taste and education levels, the Hipsters view themselves as cool with their known symbols of their hats and boots. Our society has praise the high taste qualities and devalued the different, unique and messy taste in life.
This is quite personal
There are so many problems that Americans face. A lot of American citizens pay the consequences for the mistakes of the wealthy, and not every citizen is fortunate to battle through them. There is no doubt that America has a very wide range of social classes, but what makes America strong is how social classes cooperate and help each other. For the past 20 years the social classes of America have been at a political war. The wealthy privilege that are in power of America fail to recognize the disadvantages that low income citizens have, because they have never been in the certain types of situations that a low income citizen experiences every day. Our social system, benefits the privilege. It's designed for the privileged, and keeps them in

| What is the ideology supporting the concept that a society's ruler is God's direct representative on earth to administer justice and punish evil doers?Answer
An inequality in society, economy, wealth distribution, and political corruption and the influence in cooperation of government led to
The hippies of the sixties and seventies are one of the most recognizable groups from counterculture in American history. They decided to disregard materialism and greed and sought to live full of self-awareness (Macionis 49). Counterculture always seems to be viewed negatively, even long after that culture’s peak popularity. Mainstream cultures tend to belittle the countercultures, from reducing hippies to weed-smoking tree-huggers, the ‘90s grunge scene to a bunch of angsty and dirty teenagers, and today’s hipsters to pretentious upper-class kids with way too much time on their hands. This belittling doesn’t end once the trend has passed. Those in the mainstream still have fun complaining about those who aren’t, running the joke into the
This will make not only hipsters mad but also those who know enough about hipsters because they will realize hipsters are not all the way he expresses. One “fact” he states is that hipsters party all night, go home, blog and then party again. This makes the hipster seem very two-dimensional. Expressing and generalizing any group like this will upset them. Secondly, the examples of hipsters he used all come from one party, so obviously all hipsters don’t act like that. The examples he used also do not seem very credible because they seem drunk, but maybe that is the point. When getting quotes, readers would react more positively to named professionals, so it doesn’t seem like they were just taken off the streets. If he wants to get the unprofessional opinions he should have gotten more than a handful, rather get a statistic. He also explains how it is almost impossible to find someone who is a proud hipster, this is just yearning for attention because since hipsterdom is a counterculture people obviously call themselves hipsters and believe that hipsterdom should not be ashamed of. To gain a negative reaction he stereotypes hipsters, which causes those who are, support, or acknowledge hipsters to be angry or appalled by his

The music video “Wings” by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis helps to tell the story of a hip-hop style song addressing the issue of consumerism that we have today in America. In this music video, Nike shoes are used to portray an expensive item that people desire to have. Nike shoes are an effective symbol for this as many Americans attempt to impress others by buying shoes and showing off the purchase. In many cases, because the possession of status items is more important than saving the money for basic needs, people buy luxury products (expensive shoes, for example) even though they are difficult to afford. The message of this music video is that people wrongfully believe that the possession and displaying of status items makes them superior
Rudeness is indeed a growing problem and it is only getting worst. As you mentioned, rudeness comes in a variety of ways, such as, annoying behavior, intolerable actions, sarcastic and degrading remarks, shouting and even the use of swearwords. "Rudeness breeds more rudeness and metastasizes into social ugliness" (Hama, 2011). Rudeness can become a domino effect where people feed off that negative energy and retaliate rather than be an employee or customer. I personally been on the receiving end of rudeness as an employee and as a customer and I sometimes been a victim of feeding into the negativity. My biggest pet peeves is respect me as long as I am respecting you. I do not care if you do not like be because of my race, gender, height, or nail color, but as long as I am treating you like a human being, I deserve to be treated in that same manner.
The clothes that Americans buy demonstrate what kind of person they see themselves to be. Fashion gives the American society a reason to go on and be creative. Pertaining to their lives individually, fashion describe who they are as a person. It can show if a person is high maintenance, casual, flashy or just indifferent. In both society’s Black and white were formal colors.
Social class is a “tag” to define your status in a community. One of the main requirements you must have to be in the Upper class, is to have wealth and power. That is basically it, and obviously the absence of those characteristics could mean you are in a Middle or even in the Lower class. Sports are an activity that people do for pleasure that requires physical activity and sometimes has rules for the players to follow in order to play the game. It is most commonly played outdoors. It can improve your cardio, health, and physical condition. For example, it can prevent things like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer or even mental illnesses like depression.
America is seen as the land of opportunity across the world, but many people wonder if it is true. The truth is America does have opportunities and with dedication anything is possible though the opportunities are limited. Usually limited for those who belong to a lower social class. The main reason opportunities are limited are because of America’s social inequality. The social class of America is separated into multiple groups that struggle with each other due to the inequality of power and wealth on the daily basis.

Through the years, hipsters became more nuanced and alive in society, more connected through a shared sense of music (unknown indie bands), developed a particular style (single-gear bicycles), and eventually their own attitudinal characteristics (typically ironic). The following quote from writer Mark Grief portrays some key physical traits of Hipsters and the common roles they play in society: “The hipster is that person, overlapping with the intentional dropout or the unintentionally declassed individual—the neo-bohemian, the vegan or bicyclist or skatepunk, the would-be blue-collar or postracial twentysomething, the starving artist or graduate student—who in fact aligns
Fashion is used to assimilate with peers. Hip Hop aficionados’ objective is to stand out in a crowd. Signature style is like a freestyle performance. It demonstrates an individual’s special skills. Hip-hop style is not a uniform but speaks to personal style and swagger. It reflects a flamboyant lifestyle. Customization is a big part of distinction because the lack of funds made followers work with what they have. In fact, haggling was a big part of shoppers experience
