Evangelical Christians from over 80 countries are set to fly to Jerusalem to join the celebration of the Feast of Tabernacles of the Jewish festival Sukkot and also to show their support for the modern state of Israel. Sukkot 2017 will start on the evening of Oct. 4 and will end at night on Oct. 11. It is a harvest-style feast celebrating the Jewish Exodus and the Israelites’ journey through the wilderness.
