It greatly compliments the taste of just about any game meal, such as venison, rabbit, or anything that you may have hunted. Try combining it with a dish of fried venison, onions, and brow rice topped with a soy sauce. We promise you won't be disappointed.
Sweet White Oak
The sister wine to Sweet Red Oak has a similar sweetness, but is nowhere near intense. We often use it with a chicken or fish dish, especially if you pair it with any kind of potato and delicious fried greens. Sweet White Oak can even be used as a marinade, something that Sweet Red Oak is a bit too strong for.

I love this spiced ginger simple syrup, especially when I make sangria. It is one of my favorite way to spice up the sangria. The best thing is I can keep this syrup in refrigerator, so that when I make my next drink I can spice them up. You can add this to any of your drinks. Even sometimes i add this while making ice tea. This creates a whole new taste. Me and my family love this a lot.

When you have your Moray Eel cut into steaks, place them in a bowl and dress with abundant good olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, plenty of fresh rosemary sprigs, and lashings of good white wine. We used to use Vernaccia di Oristano, a powerful, somewhat sherry-like, straw yellow wine from the north of Sardinia. If you cannot get hold of Vernaccia di Oristano, try a good dry sherry from Jerez de la Frontera.

When we talk about wine from the Roman Empire, we should not mistake it for modern day wine. The wine of the Roman times was very different than our typical Chianti or Barolo: wine was often mixed with water to decrease the wine’s incredibly high alcohol content, and because the Roman palate preferred sweet wines, they often drank sweet whites from a prized region, Falernian, which is near Naples. Today, Italians are “purists” when it comes to wine, but the Romans mixed

Aileana walked over to the bar to place her order for the sampler platter of shrimp, scallops and mussels in white wine, butter, and garlic broth. The platter was served with a chunk of warm dark Scottish oat bread with a generous portion of soft creamy butter. She decided to go with a white wine since her seafood platter came in a wine broth.
The citrusy-tropical brew paired well with the dish, yet I would’ve liked the slab of pork to be a lot crispier. Not sure that I would order this app again, but I am not a huge fan of sweet flavors with my favorite crustacean.
