Not everyone live their life as they want, some just go by the flow. Some people want to live or do more than other. To do what you want to do one need a lot of courage and willpower. If you have faith in yourself and have support of some loved one you can do anything. Like, in the poem survivorman, everybody give up except two mens. They both have hand on each others back so they decided to walk 25 miles and cross the desert. For example in true diary, Junior was living in rez like every other person, but he wants more. Due to his teacher and parents support, he was able to go to Reardan which was 22 miles from the reservation. One must have courage to achieve what they want.

and desires. To accomplish this they must get past obstacles and trials in life as well
There are people who don't give up on their dreams because others don't think they've got what it takes. Many people complain about not having the height, speed, intelligence, or anything. Malcolm Gladwell lists outliers in the book like Marita. Marita was a kid who lived in a legacy where they were in a poor neighborhood and where people couldn't provide for their family. That didn't stop her from changing her legacy. She woke up at 5:30 AM everyday and got back at 5 PM. She would do her homework until midnight and she was only twelve. This is a good example of working hard to achieve a person's dreams. Marita's community didn't give her what she needed, so she made something
Completing goals leads to success. There are many difficulties and struggles for the marginalized people in their childhood ,but if one loves themselves and has a desire to achieve something in life then they can
Struggling is a natural occurrence in everyday life. Take Salva Dut from A Long Walk to Water as an example. At the early age of eleven, he was separated from his family during a school shooting, later leading over fifteen hundred young boys across the Southern Sudan desert as teenager. In the documentary On the Way to School, a prime example would be young Jackson Saikong. Every school day, he would have to lead his sister on a nine mile journey, racing past aggressive elephants at only the age of ten. From Linda Sue Park’s A Long Walk to Water to the documentary On the Way to School, many of the characters featured show strong motivation toward their struggle, not wanting it to be meaningless any longer, thus finding their purpose through their goal.
Living is about making choices. The choices people make shape their lives for better or worse. Even the decision not to choose has its effects, often not wanted. But the individual who chooses to make positive choices and to act accordingly is more likely to see his or her life reflect his or her beliefs and desires. Usually the individual who chooses to take action is also willing to face the risks and obstacles that such choices involve.
Wanting for dreams to come true don’t do that themselves, it depends on what choices we do and don’t make that help us strive towards our longings. Unless, we are all controlled by fate, playing out the part in our lives that had been pre-organized for us. The unit selections Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer, a biographical novel, and Macbeth by William Shakespeare, a drama, both focus on things we can and can 't control in our lives, but Into the Wild does a better job answering the question in the prompt because rules are meant to be broken, Chris McCandless just took it to the next level. He was able to leave his life behind, making decisions most of us couldn 't even imagine making. He sets an example of what we can achieve in life. We
For people we settle with the easy things that are right in front of us. Whether we are taught to settle or when life puts obstacles in our way we just give up. Nothing in life is easy because if it was easy no one would every be successful or extraordinary, in a way we would be the same like robots. We have the power of free will and what we do with that has no limits. GOD has blessed us with the abilities to be who or whatever we could imagine to be, yet some only take the time to see the little picture. Once we are able to push aside everything that doesn't matter and realize that only GOD and family are what truly take precedence our lives will become theses unexpected and adventurous journeys like the
Despite this, it is possible for a person to truly live their life. By looking at examples from Station Eleven and various other books and media, it can be proven that a person
Based on a true story, the movie ‘Lone Survivor’ features four Navy SEALs that set out on a mission to Afghanistan with orders to capture and kill Taliban leader Ahmad Shah. The Navy SEALS are detected by villagers and the mission was compromised. Ultimately, the mission had been discovered and the men found themselves surrounded by dozens of Taliban soldiers. One of the Navy SEAL soldiers managed to dispatch to base and retrieve assistance but the Taliban shoot down the helicopter. During battle, three of the Navy SEAL soldiers were killed leaving one still alive.
Some people say that with dedication, persistence, and time people can accomplish any goal. Others say that people are limited in what they can accomplish and need to be realistic when setting goals.
As Walt Disney once said “All dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.” Courage is something that everyone is born with, but only some are courageous enough to find it and put it to use. Merriam Webster 's defines courage as “Mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty.” Courage can overcome any obstacle, proving that if we have courage any dream truly can come true. As readers we must understand that there are going to be times in life when we must use courage. By reading about others, and learning how to find the courage within, the reader is able to learn that courage truly is self-identifiable. There may be people along the way to help one find courage. However, it is
To choose your own future, destiny and life is very hard. Everyone wants to do something that makes them happy. But sometimes you take the wrong decisions or everything decides to go against you, which makes you stay in the box you were trying to escape from. When your dreams don’t get fulfilled, you will be in that box and wait for the light. It’s not always about what you want, but what you need. And to live a good life, and to do something productive, you have to work in a way that will make you happy, because that is what you need the most.
Every soldier in the ARMY of the United States of America knows the following phrase from the Soldier’s Creed: “I will always place the mission first” (ARMY.mil). The aforementioned is arguably the most powerful line in the Soldier’s Creed and exists in different variants across the branches of the military. The life of a soldier is not an easy one, so it is to be expected that there will be times that a soldier will have to make difficult decisions. Sometimes these decisions will dictate between life and death. However, the Soldier’s Creed and other oaths alike, are promises not only to one’s country and those serving beside you, but also an agreement with oneself to carry the weight of what it takes to fulfill his/her country. In the movie, Lone Survivor, four Navy Seals made the decision to spare the lives of three men which ultimately resulted in the death of three of the four Seals and 16 rescuers. I believe that the decision they made contradicted the idea of “mission first” and a more aggressive decision should have been elected.

How we should raise our children, how we deal with the loss of a loved one, how we get over someone, how we save money, and etc. Life is full of different opinions and ideas.
