Communication is everything. If people do not communicate issues going on, upcoming events, or changes being made, the business will fail. The employees must communicate any issues that take place in order for those issues to stop. The organization needs to communicate the events or changes that take place in order for the employees to be prepared and to be able to communicate the correct information to customers. Superdome Sports is a very successful organization. Some of its strengths include providing a great product to children and families. The general manager runs very successful camps during the summer, and classes for all different ages during the other seasons. Pete will accommodate a family in any way he can and work extremely hard to make the camps well worth their money.
