Summary: Tiara Fulmore

I am privileged to be one of the remarkable students qualified to join Eureka High School’s National Honor Society. I have been looking forward to applying to this organization as it provides influential help in our society. I would be privileged to join this distinguished association because it would provide me with opportunities to get involved in my community. As a hardworking, helpful, and friendly individual, I feel that I would make an auxiliary member to this organization. I demonstrate the qualities that are necessary to join this prestigious society, including leadership, character, scholarship, and service.

I may not be the best candidate for the next member of the National Junior Honor Society, but I certainly believe I could be a great addition! Overall, I am a great learner, leader and student. I have not had any major discipline problems since kindergarten! I have always had top grades and have been top of my class at some point or another. I have good grades that I always maintain and standards that I never lower. My character is not the best but it certainly isn’t the worst. I try to help out in my school or community when possible but regrettably I have not given much of my time to my school or community. At the end of the day, I am a good student, friend, son and brother.

Simply being invited to become a member of the National Honor Society is a privilege. It’s not necessarily surprising to me that I was invited but rather gives me an exhilarating feeling. A part of me now knows that my sedulous efforts have finally paid off. Throughout my high school career so far I’ve exhibited the four pillars, which are scholarship, leadership, character, and service. This organization administers a plethora of opportunities that has an impact on the students and the lives of others especially. To be accepted into the National Honor Society would motivate me to contribute even more to not only our school but also the community.

It is an honor to have Hayley Jackson inducted into Duchesne's National Honors Society. Hayley is very active in many of the clubs here at Duchesne. One of the many clubs she is involved in is drama club. Through drama club she has learned to love public speaking and use it to her advantage for schoolwork. She is also very involved in campus ministry in which she gets to shine as a leader and lead some of their sessions. She has shown that she is a leader through being the speech team captain and more importantly the pro life vice president. Being a pro life vice president, she stands against the crowd and stands up for her own beliefs showing true leadership. Through all of these activities, Hayley Jackson has shown all of the pillars of National Honors Society: leadership, scholarship, service, and character.Once again, it is honor to have you as a member of the National Honors

I have the distinct pleasure of welcoming all of you into the National Honor Society, a group built off of high standards of achievement, not only in the area of academics but also in character and leadership. I congratulate each of you and your parents.

Being selected as a member of Grove School’s National Honor Society would be a great honor for me because I hope to achieve my goal of exhibiting my dedication to academics, community service and extra circulars. I strive to be a role model and a resource for my peers by guiding them in the right direction. I think I could be a valuable addition to NHS because I have a strong work ethic, have a passion for helping people and not only meet but exceed all the qualifications of leadership, character, service and scholarship.

I am very thankful that I am under consideration for the National Honor Society; I understand the values of NHS and I hope that you can see leadership, scholarship, service and my character in this essay and consider to make me a part of Keystone’s National

Being inducted into National Honors Society requires a student to demonstrate all of the four qualities many of our role models in the present and in the past have possessed, which include: scholarship, service, leadership and character. As I’m considered a candidate for this group, I already possess the quality of scholarship and it is my duty in this paper to show that I hold the other three important attributes needed to qualify for this institution.

It is unbelievable that this year is my last year in Charlestown High School. As I look back at the past three years, there were several poignant moments when I was struggling with my classes and would have given up trying to achieve my goals. But as a diligent student, I chose to endure those moments. And that is how I become an outstanding student today. National Honor Society honors students who have demonstrated excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Being nominated to become a member of the National Honor Society is a highly prestigious honor, and I am very grateful to be a candidate.

A member of Phi Theta Kappa (honor society) she excels in the classroom, making the Dean’s list and honor roll at Ivy Tech every semester she is eligible for them.

Everyday, countless amounts of people are working hard, trying to change the world for the better. They are researching cures for cancer or taking twelve hour shifts to help keep oceans clean. There are people who are working towards a better world, and making life safe for the children in need, the animals in danger, and the men fighting for our country. Seeing these changes happen has motivated me to want to be a part of these developments. I wish to serve those around me, and believe that if I can have a positive impact on my community, it can affect the rest of the world. Therefore, I have made it my goal to be a part of the National Honor Society, in hopes that I can help my school, Middleville, and all who have impacted me. I believe that I represent the characteristics of scholarship, leadership, service, and character, and hope to use these qualities so that others may benefit.

Tiara, it's great to hear about your hobbies. I enjoy a good suspense movie and/or television series as well. While growing up, my mother's favorite dog breed was the shih tzu and I'm sure your Cupcake is a precious part of your family. Wanting to own your own tax service, especially this time of year, I think is very interesting sicne it could turn out to be a very successful business venture.

I am truly humbled and honored to be selected amongst the top students in my graduating class and I am excited to be given the opportunity to represent Gateway High School in our chapter of National Honor Society. I firmly believe that I posses traits that fulfill the pillars of NHS: Scholarship, Service, Leadership, and Character. Scholarship in my eyes is the ability to excel at high level educational studies. As a student, I strive for excellence in every way I can. I have taken a variety of AP and Honors classes during my time in high school, and I am proud to say that I have found myself on High Honor Roll on each report card I have received. I have been able to maintain a 3.85 GPA through two and a half years of school. Aside from school,

I am deeply honored to be recognized as an eligible candidate for the National Honors Society. After learning about the National Honor Society, and what the organization represented, I knew it was something I wanted to participate in. This organization works hard to better educational opportunities for students across the nation, and that is something I would like to play a part in to further the outstanding reputation of the NHS. I believe that this is an opportunity I deserve due to my recognizable hard work. I am aware that the NHS is known for recognizing students with outstanding grades and commendable characteristics, which is something I believe I have obtained throughout my years of hard work.

The four pillars of National Honor Society (NHS) include scholarship, service, leadership, and character. I have already received this application opportunity due to meeting the requirements of the scholarship portion of NHS, which requires a strong commitment to learning and putting effort towards achieving high grades in the classroom. I intend to benefit the remaining three pillars of service, leadership, and character through my willingness to work for others free of reward, initiative to lead my peers, and optimal decision making.
