On the court, ITAGAKI Seishiro defended for himself, but he only spoke and refused to give evidences. Actually he spoke based on his interests, instead of fact. The author needed to pay attention to “颠倒是非” and “不堪一驳” which carried the main idea of the sentence. For the expression“颠倒是非”, the author found its equivalence, “turn upside down”, for its literal meaning, “take no for yes”. When heard “颠倒是非”, she interpreted according to the principle of syntactic linearity.“不堪一驳” means words of one side are too weak in front of the questions from the other. If ITAGAKI Seishiro’ s words turned upside down, then these words were weak in front of the prosecutor ‘s questions. Thus, when “不堪一驳” came, she let it go to save time for herself and audiences

Sunny Albuquerque rests atop an escalated desert, and celebrates Halloween a notch above the rest of the planet. With roots from Mexico, New Mexico has been participating in “Las Dias de Los Muertos” (The Days of the Dead) long before the land became a state of the USA. During Oct. 31 – Nov. 4, the Spanish recognize the spirits who stay among them, and honor those that have passed. They have the belief that maybe the spirits of the deceased are among them every day, but the end of October and early November is the chosen time to honor the nonliving. It teaches the Spanish to accept death, as it can’t be avoided. To bring some joy into the morbid topic, they build intricate shrines for their passed family members, dance the night away to music, and have fiestas. Skulls are vibrantly painted with the name of the deceased on them. Of course, plenty of spicy Spanish food is cooked and enjoyed.

When you review various curricular plans, you may see a variety of terms. Some programs use the term “program outcomes” while others use the term “terminal objectives” for those actions that the student is expected to accomplish upon graduation. The same is true for individual courses. Some programs call the knowledge and skills that a student should master by the end of the course “course outcomes” while others use the term “course objectives.” All of the terms have a specified definition in literature and according to accreditation agencies. What are the similarities and differences between the terms according to the literature and to accrediting agencies? Select a program or course (other than GCU) and critique their use of these terms. Do they use them in a manner consistent with the literature and/or accreditation agencies or do they use them differently? Include your review of the program in your response to this discussion question. Support your response with literature. Your critique could be at the program level or at the course level. You do not need to do both levels.

When Donald Trump announced that he intended to run for president, no one took him seriously; however, President Trump became the center of attention after a few short weeks. While there are many people who believe Donald Trump will better our nation, there are just as many who think he will destroy it because Hillary Clinton has more political experience. However, experience is not always good experience. In March of 2015, the media came across an email scandal. While Hillary Clinton served under President Obama as Secretary of State, she used her family’s private email server for official communications that violated major rules, and at the same time allowed the Benghazi crisis to occur right under her nose. President Trump is also bashed by individuals who believe he will corrupt our government because he is not a good politician, but due to his
This means that the justice he did wasn't wrong, it was self defense & the thought of being abused for doing wrong in which he thought was right. Another idea that supports my thesis is that the main character did not enjoy what he did. In
