My first topic will be about 5 instruments, and the importance of playing them, and having basic understanding about them. I will describe each instrument’s importance for its inclusion on the list, and how each one uniquely enables people to translate their musical ideas into tangible realities. The voice takes precedence and superiority over all instruments. Although many people have various skill levels when it comes to vocals, the voice is the one instrument that most people can relate to. In a worship band, vocalists are ideal for engaging the audience into an inviting atmosphere for worship through the lyrics sung. The first step in a successful greenhouse is making sure that the atmosphere is suitable for a plant to grow in; in the same way when songwriting it is important to be surrounded by a creative atmosphere with all necessary tools needed. After this, a seed, or an idea will be given, and it is now a responsibility to make sure that it is planted, (written down) watered, (practiced) and well taken care of, so that in the future the plant will be healthy and ready to bear fruit. The seed could be planted in the right soil, but if it is left out in the cold, it will eventually die. This can relate to a situation where the idea is practiced and developed, but not written down in the right place; this will result in the idea eventually being forgotten. There could also be a situation where the idea is written down but not practiced or developed, which could result in a very rough song without true interest behind it. This “Songwriting Greenhouse” concept is quite new to me, but I have realized that I have been using it all along. There have been many times where I have gotten an idea and forgotten to write it down, and also times where I have written down the idea and lost interest to complete it. Overall, this concept has been a part of my song writing process even without me knowing it. I have completed a total of 8 songs with the help of the “Songwriting
