The worker contacted Anita Roberson who the mother of Amber Bowe and grandmother to her children. The worker asked Mrs. Bowe if she had any concerns for a Mr. William Chadwick who is the father of Amber Bowe’s younger children Jameson and Jackson. Mrs. Bowe stated “William is verbally and physically abusive the kids. Jameson has told me her dad has called her a “bitch” before because he was mad at her. Jackson has told me he dad has thrown him on the bed by his neck because daddy was upset at him. Mrs. Roberson recanted she was told by the children about an incident where Jackson had defecated in his underwear and William made him “eat” the feces as punishment. PER REPORTER: Keshia said she received the following information from a Nurse Practitioner by the name of (Tammie) that works with her. She said according to Tammie, Malia was brought into the clinic today by her babysitter (Linda) to be seen by a physician due to her suspecting that the child has been sexually abused. Tammie said Linda told her that she keeps the child for her uncle due to him being her caretaker at this time due to her mother being in jail. However, Tammie said Linda is suspicious that the child’s uncle may be sexually abuses her. Tammie mentioned that the Linda also told her that Malia has been displaying inappropriate behavior problems. Tammie said Malia is currently being taken to UMMC by the AMR due to her having scar

Roslyn said Charligh told her that her father has been touching her for a while until just recently when she and her older sister (Kaitlyn) moved out at the end of February. She also mentioned that the child has not been displaying any type of sexual behavior besides having night mares and anxiety due to the incident. She also said based of the child’s behavior she is stuck between missing her father and being afraid of him. Roslyn also mentioned that Kaitlyn told her that Charligh has been taken to the hospital to be checked. She also said there was recently a case opened about the child’s father touching her; however, she said the case was closed last week and she is unsure

R/s in January 2014 Taylor was diagnosed with PTSD. R/s Taylor has two sons Joshua (1) and Kane (2-months-old). R/s Taylor is living with some relatives at 612 Hill Street in Conway, SC. R/s Taylor goes to work and leaves the children in Mary Ruth’s care. R/s Mary Ruth’s mind is unstable and she is schizophrenia. R/s there is a possibility that Mary Ruth will leave the children or drop them off to someone else is she gets tired of the children. R/s about two months ago Taylor was sleeping in cars with the small children. R/s the children were malnutrition when they were sleeping in cars. R/s it is alleged that Taylor is bipolar. R/s Taylor has a history of fraud with the food stamps, FADC, and Medicaid.

The reporter said Justin assaulted Teagan as well; she was having bladder problems, and her mother (Michelle) didn’t take her to the doctor, but she looked at her and said “it looked like pink cauliflower coming out of her vagina and she had been bleeding”. In the report, it stated that Chad found out he attempted to do the same thing to Leslie (8 years old) when she was 2 years old. The reporter said the family resided in Alabama, and Justin’s mother walked into the room and found Justin trying to put his penis in Leslie’s vagina. Heather indicated that she didn’t call the police because she didn’t want him to be charged with a crime. Heather told Justin if he did it again, she would report him to the police, and he would be taken to the Juvenile Detention Center. R/s Kimberly abandoned her children Maliyah (3) and Kendell (2). R/s Kimberly dropped the children off on 09/09/2015 with no clothes. R/s Kendell didn’t have on any underwear underneath his jeans. R/s Maliyah hair was matted and her shoes were torn. R/s Kimberly was evicted from her place, so now she and her boyfriend Carrell are living house to house. R/s Kimberly and Carrell drink and smoke marijuana and it is hearsay that Kimberly is doing cocaine. R/s according to Kimberly she sold her food stamps card.

The worker contacted Michael Thomas who is the fiancé to Kiaira Johnsons mother. Mr.Thomas reported he has known Kiaira for about 2 years and sees her and both children often. “Jayden comes by to visit me and his grandmother often. I just saw Jayden and Phil yesterday (2/6/17) both of the boys were doing well both seemed heathy and happy.” “Kiaira is a good mom she loves and nurtures her children and has been doing a good job raising them.” Mr. Thomas stated he didn’t have any safety concerns for Kiaira or nor the safety of her children “I work in law enforcement and I have never seen any cause for concern with the family no drug use no alcoholism, or domestic

She was taken to the E.R. by the mother. Elizabeth told dad's ex-girlfriend that she was leaking on herself. She was too scared to tell dad she was hurting. Mom said dad's ex-girlfriend told her that dad got upset with Elizabeth and threw her on the bed and made her sit in the bathtub. She also said he grabbed her by the neck. Mom said the child has no marks or bruises that she could see. Elizabeth said dad told her if she went with the mother, he would have mom locked away and she would never see her again. Elizabeth said dad wanted her to watch her younger sibling (Timber) while he showered. She gave Timber some of her candy and she was crying. The worker contacted Brittany Coleman, the sister of Jessica Farrand. Mrs. Coleman stated” I don’t think the children are being properly taken care of because Jessica is erratic, emotionally unstable, and she and Steven Burke both have a drug and alcohol problems”. Mrs. Coleman stated “Jessica is in an abusive relationship with Steven and he has put a gash on her forehead so bad my mother had to take her to the hospital. Jessica originally told my mother she fell and got the gash, but later admitted to me it was from fighting with Steven”. On 04/27/16 law enforcement was called to the home and Lacee was arrested for domestic violence on her brother. The reporter stated that the family has history with DHS and Kevin has been in DHS custody in the past because of his sister’s violence. The reporter stated Sharon regained custody of the child because it was reported that Lacee was no longer in the home. The reporter’s concern is for Kevin’s safety now that Lacee is back in the home and the child’s mother is unable to protect the child from Lacee. Ms. Castle stated both Kevin and Sharon are afraid of Lacee and Lacee is allowed to run rampet in the home. She was being dropped off at people's house that the family didn't know. Destiny was just trying to unload Avery. Mom had a break down but now she's functioning, getting her life back together, and going to church. When things got difficult for her, Destiny said they would just keep Avery to give her some structure. Renee said Destiny and Justen lived with too many people in different places.
