With no exemption in care home setting, company policies and procedures are reviewed and updated regularly as a result of the change of laws, regulations and quite commonly from recommendations after serious case reviews and inquiries particularly. There are few serious case reviews and inquiries have had impact on the change of policies and procedure in recruitment process.

Matt has a full time job running his hectic scheduled family enough as it is, he then decided to acquire a business on top of it all, and he could not be running his life more smoothly. My interviewee was Billie Zody, MD. Her specific job title is an Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB-GYN). This type of doctor specializes in women’s reproductive health. They are responsible for caring for women during their pregnancy and just after the baby is born. Zody has been a practicing OB-GYN since 2003. She originally worked in Arizona but decided to return to her home state of Indiana. She currently works at the Bloomington Hospital by IU Health, in the specialized OB-GYN branch.

An instance of cut seen in the movie “beastly” is the scene where the protagonist is with his father and is talking to a doctor concerning his transformation from being good-looking to suddenly being ugly, the scene proceeds to the part where the protagonist is frustrated and is rushing into the car where his father follows him, after they both get into the car the scene then suddenly transitions into a new scene. The cut is used here because it shortens the time of the scene and lessens the unnecessary things that they are doing, it also transitions into a new scene which can shows the effects of the last scene onto the characters or setting. The student I chose to interview for my case study is a Caucasian male that has grown up in and around West Milton, Ohio his whole life. His name is Blake Ullery and I chose him for this project, because I really enjoy West Milton’s “Freshman Focus” program that takes junior year students interested in tutoring freshman to help acclimate them to their new high school environment. Blake is an exemplary student that works diligently to help Mrs. Pair’s freshmen students during their 5th period focus group.

He resent her for all the things he experience as a kid. He remembers being exposed to things little kids should never know about. The social worker was called by Dr. Sundaram nurse to come speak with a patient. The social worker met first with Dr. Sundaram who explained that the patient is severely depressed, very tearful and has self diagnosis herself with Bipolar. With a strong interest in child welfare, there was no question that my interview with a social worker would involve someone who is involved in this area of practice. I did a small amount of internet research and discovered the All Nations Coordinated Response Network (ANCR) in Winnipeg. I discovered that within the Child and Family Services system this agency is generally the first point of contact. With an interest in front line work, I decided to make contact with this agency in hopes of scheduling an interview. I made a phone call to ANCR and spoke to a receptionist with the agency about what I was looking to accomplish. I was more specific than I had originally planned and requested a recent graduate for the interview if possible.
