• Audit and process employee expense reports for payment in compliance with the company’s current Employee Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy. • Prepare, process and distribute invoice and employee expense report payments on a recurring schedule and/or ad hoc basis. • Maintain accounts payable data in compliance with company policies and procedures, IRS statutes and other regulatory requirements to ensure data integrity. • Act as an SME within the assigned function(s) by serving as a primary point of contact for customers and/or vendors; identifying and resolving high level issues, inquiries and outstanding invoices. • Prepare complex reports on a recurring and/or ad hoc basis. • Mentor other staff as applicable. • Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor. • Other duties as assigned.
