M. Night Shyamalan's film Signs is about a man whose faith is tested by an unforeseen tragedy. To get through this test Graham must keep his eyes open for the signs that God has planted throughout. He must understand that everything that is happening to him ,both the good and the bad, serves a greater purpose that will come to light when he finally is able to see. In the movie these hidden signs that are God’s way of both bringing Graham closer to Him and saving the Hess family.

The author also uses, the use of characters to help show the theme. Each character has a different purpose. The father is Graham. He is someone who lost faith in God. Because he blames God for the tragic lost of his wife. Then that’s when his brother Merril came along. Merril is very good at baseball. Then there is Bo. She is the youngest. She loves water and she is very protective over her brother. Her brother is Morgan. He loves his sister very much and he has asthma. The family has to learn to work together to get through this hard

The movie Signs is about a family that just lost their mom and wife. The father’s brother has moved in to try to help in any way that he can. The wife died being hit by a driver that fell asleep at the wheel while she was on a walk at night and was severed almost in half. She should have been dead already, but she was still alive somehow so the police called the husband instead of trying to save her as they knew they couldn’t. When the father gets to the scene the police officer informs him of what happened and lets him talk with his wife one last time. His wife, colleen tells Graham a series of things which the audience learns later is part of a test from God.

In the movie Signs directed by M. Night Shyamalan, is about challenging one's belief. One man loses faith in his religion due to a tragic event in which caused him to undermine everything he believed in. Shyamalan displays character development throughout the movie to understand the signs that explains the reason behind everything in their lives.

In the movie Signs, they have a serious dad name Graham which is played by Mel Gibson, a day-dreaming uncle name Merrill which is played by Joaquin Phoenix, a weird-minded little girl named Bo who is played by Abigail Breslin and a curious little boy named Morgan who is played by Rory Culkin. During the film, the characters start to change and you start to understand more. This movie has a lot of symbolism based on flashbacks that the dad Graham has.

In the movie Signs one of the main characters Graham had lost his faith in god. While he was tying too figure out if he believed in god or not there was an alien invasion. Graham had woken up to his kids screaming. Graham use to be a priest but when a tragic thing struck happened he wasn’t anymore. He had taken off the cross on the wall. Graham and his 2 kids, and his brother lived on a farm. The farm was a good distance from anywhere. When he heard his kids scream for the second time he ran to look for them. The uncle Marell also woken up to find the kids. The kids where in the cornfield standing there in shock. Bow thought it was all just a dream. Morgan tell them that the dogs woke them up and he thinks god did it; there

Signs is a movie in which strategic situations take place to come to a specific conclusion in the end, illustrating the director’s message. This movie directed by M. Night Shyamalan revolves around the questioning of God through a few extraordinary characters, philosophies, and an momentous home invasion.

The film, “the Power of One,” followed the life of a boy named P.K. from a small child to a handsome young man. It showed all the hardship and tragedy he had to endure throughout his life. Although the movie could have focused more on the apartheid, it instead portrayed the vulgarity of those times through the eyes of an English boy. As time went on, P.K. slowly began to realize the full severity of the apartheid. It was difficult for a child to comprehend how horribly people could treat one another for no apparent reason.

I’m reviewing the movie Signs from 2002 by M.Night Shyamalan. This is a Science fiction movie because involves aliens, but it doesn't show them very much. This story takes place mainly on a farm, and a small town where the main character lives. The main character, and owner of the farm is Rev. Graham Hess. Hess is not a Reverent any more. On the farm he is alone because he lost his family on a car accident. The loss of his wife was hard, but he had to be strong for his son and daughter. The guy that killed his wife was a person he knew.

The movie The Graduate depicts a successful young man named Ben who is pressured by everyone to keep on doing what he's doing and much more. He comes back from college after graduating and having won an award. Ben is depressed because he doesn’t know what the future holds for him. I relate to Ben a lot being a junior in high school and I know most of my peers do too. The pressure to be great is overwhelming and it causes Ben to make mistakes. I’ve seen what this can do to a person and I’m feeling the same pressure now.

The “clear sign” was the evidence that Mohammed was sent as a messenger from God to the creation. It says in the text, when God sent Mohammed, they split into groups. Some of them believed in Mohammed as a messenger from God, and the other did not and told lies about him. This is was in section six.

He is not saying that you will come back to life on Earth necessarily but he is saying John you will live for eternity

Graham’s faith was tested and he had to see the signs to believe again and save his family. In the scene that pulls it all together for Graham, when the alien is holding Morgan, he has another flash back. He remembers when he went to speak with his wife for the last time and to hear her final words. She said to tell Morgan to play, Bo to listen to Morgan, Merrill to swing away, and for Graham to see. Colleen was pinned against a tree and should’ve been dead, but she waited for him to tell him these things. So when Graham looks around the room and at the alien holding his son, he then see’s Merrill’s bat and tells him to,” Swing away”. This ties into Merrill saying in the past that it felt wrong not to swing, he’s been preparing for this his
