Thank you for encouraging words. It was hard trying to find a real definition to behavioral blend because there are so many aspects that you have to take in consideration. When talking to family and friends you are able to speak freely because they know how you communicate better than those who we just meet. For me personally I have a close net family and we speak freely to each other when we meet new people it takes them some time to understand the tone that we are using friendly. In the self-assessment it states that I am “I know how to put myself in other people’s shoes. But it also says that I pay more attention to the message I’m receiving rather than how it was received”. And in the uniquely you, they placed as me a “S/c or a C/S”. But
My total score was a 183. Which the summary said I had some work to do in several areas as I already knew I did. Also consider taking administrative classes as I am also doing. The summary also stated for me to revisit the site after a year to reassess my skills. Personally, I think just by taking the class will be a help and a benefit to me after seeing what areas I struggle and needed more experience in. Also by doing the reading on the site that was giving in the assessment will help me to gain knowledge to acquire a higher score and confidence in administration.
Formative assessment occurs when pupil learning takes place. As a result, I will need to measure childrenâ€TMs learning against their objectives by using ongoing methods of assessment. I scored 21 points, which means that my “personality and attitude are similar to those of creative people, including creative leaders.” I am very satisfied with this score because I consider myself a very creative person, especially at the workplace. Every day in the workplace, I look for more ways of self-improvement, which would allow me to deliver great results dealing with shorter deadlines.
In the personal assessment it asked a series of questions that directed my explanatory style to being very or typically pessimistic as well as optimistic. The interpretation that the personal assessment described about me was that I tend to have an average level of pessimism about negative events and optimism about positive events.
Score/Interpretation: I scored an 88 on this self-assessment. This means that I have a basic set of motivational skills. The lowest scoring categories were 5, 9, and 10.
We don 't usually transition our personalities, morals and commitment established on what we reviewed about ourselves. A conception of our personalities can help us find character in which we will do well, and assist us staying away from circumstances in which we will have an occurrence to have much stress. For example, if you are a highly reserved person, you are likely to experience more stress in a your life in a complicated position than a highly outgoing person would. So, if you are highly reclusive, you should either learn skills to manage with the demands of a intense job that requires extravert-type behavior patterns, or you should find a position that is more compatible with your personality. Self assessment tools can be found in several places from self-help books to magazine articles, and sometimes make grand and exaggerated claims. What are the advantages and disadvantages of these self-help tools?
I have a high n Ach. I tend to have a clear goal and work hard to get what I want, which often requires influencing others to help me. Also, I need power to get what I want. In addition, I like to play by the rules and may tend to use rational persuasion frequently. Sometimes I don’t understand why people don’t think or see things the way I do. I have to be careful and use socialized rather than personalized power to influence others. After reviewing the nine influence tactics, I tend to use rational persuasion most often to help to get what I want.
I was surprised by this module’s group work. We started off as a group with multiple issues and thought resentment due to the previous evaluation would hinder us from being able to work together to complete this assignment. However, even with new obstacles to overcome we managed to complete the assignment on time.
My overall score was a four, which put me one below the positive level of goal-setting behavior. I received three points for Mostly True statements about having clear, specific goals, being clear about measures that indicate achievement of a goal, and working better when I have challenging goals. The self-assessment test I took determined that in a group setting I most embody the role of an encourager who praises and supports the ideas of other team members. To a lesser extent, I also embody the role of an initiator who identifies the goals of a meeting and figures out ways to work towards those goals.
Effective leaders manage performance by setting their expectations clearly and concisely. When everyone knows what's expected, it's much easier to get high performance.
