Sector One Healthcare Group is a health care management consulting firm based in South Burlington, Vermont. The principal survey administrator, Joseph B. Arioli, has extensive experience in health center, medical, dental, and mental health practice development, and management. He has been responsible for developing compensation and benefit programs for a wide variety of organizations for over thirty (30) years.
Purpose of the Survey
The purpose of this custom survey was to gather independent data and evaluate medical, non-medical, management, and administrative staff salary and benefits published market data in order to determine compensation and benefits, as finely tuned as possible, to a PALM’s particular environment
Partners HealthCare is a non-profit, health system located in Boston that created a data based transformation (Davenport, 2013). It integrated a new system that aligned the participating organizations to cohesively run as one and to help shape the future of the organization. The system didn’t stop there as it was responsible for bettering the patient financing experience and the delivery of healthcare information to other organizations (Davenport, 2013). The initial goal of the organization was making patient care more affordable and accountable by providing integrated, evidence based, patient-oriented care.

Patient care is the central focus in all of nursing. Understanding and adapting to patient needs is what separates the good nurses from the best nurses. The Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems is a 27 question survey that is given to patients in order to obtain an objective opinion of hospital staff, facilities, and equipment. It is standardized across the healthcare spectrum, and is a way to measure patient experience first hand (). It can be used to measure how well nurses are doing their jobs, and how well nursing students are being taught.

The overall budget for this launch is approximately $5,000. After one year of the program being in existence, “Partnering to Empower” will undergo SWOT analysis, and improve as needed. Most people are very much aware of the issue that I wish to talk about in this essay. I am referring to health care and the incredibly high cost and availability to all citizens in the United States. Most people don’t want to at least have subsidies in health care and generally those are the ones who are not suffering from any major health concerns. Our nation is so selfish and unwilling to help those less fortunate than themselves. Drug companies don’t want any reforms either, but something has to give. These companies shouldn’t be allowed to have so much power over who gets treated or not simply due to them making more money. It’s a sad truth that, money is the main component in why our health care system is not going to get very far where reforms are concerned.
